Got my order within 48. Was expecting a week. Was not notified it had been shipped so was not able to track it. Still pleasantly surprised it shipped so fast. Had ordered 2 blankets but only received ONE hook to hang it on. There is no way to order more than one. That needs to change !!

While using my iPhone, I clicked on a Facebook ad to learn more about this company’s fire blankets, but I didn’t purchase anything or provide any personal information. The next day the company sent an email to my WORK email address pushing its products. I have never used Facebook on my work computer, and my work email address is not used in anyway on Facebook. But this company managed to get it and has since bombarded me daily with their unsolicited emails. I have tried blocking them and reporting them as spam, but they continue to get around those efforts and will not stop. Prepared Hero committed a clear violation of Facebook advertising and used unauthorized means to obtain my work email address and then to repeatedly spam me and work around my company’s junk and spam filters. I can’t get them to stop and it’s been weeks. Beware of even thinking about looking at one of their ads!!!

We supplied the wrong mailing address and Prepared Hero responded quickly to my email concerning the problem and fixed the issue immediately. They kept us informed of the status. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommended them.

Placing my order online was simple. Delivery was impressively prompt. I hope I never have a reason for reporting more details of my Hero purchase; I can't yet say how well it stops a household fire, since we have not had a horrific event. I sincerely hope I never have to use the item I purchased! If, however, some such event happens, I feel prepared to tackle it with my Hero.

I bought 7 last year for Christmas gifts for family. This year I bought them as Christmas gifts for co workers. They are a necessity in every home
