i bought 8 for Christmas Gifts and one for myself but have not used them so really cant evaluate if they work as advertised but will come back once someone has used them

Every home should have this fire blanket just incase. I have purchased 6 of them for myself and family members.

Small issue with one of 4 Hero Blankets without a grommet for recommended hanging. Immediate response from representative(s) with sincere concern & apologies for a very minor product exception. Received a replacement within days to meet my gifting requirements to adult kids.

They gave me clear instructions on what to do if I receive duplicate blankets. The response to my email was very quick and professional.

This product works so well that I bought EIGHT of them and am giving away six of them for Christmas gifts. This is a product that EVERY home should have in place. We keep one in the kitchen and one in the garage. What a blessing of security it gives to all of us!!

fast shipping. well packages. hook should come with each product (i bought 4). i had a small oven fire before these arrived and used a tea towel in the manner suggested for the covers. great result. ran into the same product at significantly less cost after ordering.

Awesome customer service and a top notch product in the fire blanket.

I believe the product I purchased (fire blanket) is a good ideal and should be supplemented with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The fire blanket can minimize the risk of small fires, but cannot replace the unquestionably benefits of working smoke detectors. A fire extinguisher can be valuable in knocking down fires larger than a fire blanked can handle. i endorse all 3 methods. D. B. Retired Fire Chief

Simple easy process

When placing my most recent order, I somehow added a second line item. When I saw what I had done, I called your customer service people. I was lucky enough to have Jay answer my call. I explained what I had done and he immediatey correct my error.

As advertised. And because I got the three pack it allows me to give a relevant safety gift to my family

Shipping was insanely fast. We got them within two days. I had an issue that was none of their fault and I spoke with customer service and they were amazingly understanding and helpful. Great company! Great product!

The package ordered quickly and was well packaged. I ordered one each for my adult daughters, one for my husband and one for a friend. I am giving them as Christmas presents. The only trouble I had was the way you had to order them - I don’t remember exactly but it was something like I wanted to order 5 or 6 but you could only buy 4 or 8. I just remember wishing I could just type in the exact number I wanted to buy but couldn’t so I ended up buying fewer than what I actually would have if I could have just typed in the specific number I wanted.

I hope that I will never have to use these but if I do, I will be prepared. Also, they have fast customer service!

Saw an ad/video of this fire blanket. It was perfect for me, so I purchased two. One for the kitchen and one for our outdoor bbq area. Then, I purchased another eight blankets for family members and friends. It’s in a nice pouch that can be easily accessed, which was my concern in having immediate access to the blanket.
