The website was very easy to use. I am so happy to have purchased the fire blanket. I got one for myself and one for my son. It will give me a sense of comfort and relief just knowing that I have it available. I hope I never need to use it but just knowing it’s there is great.

Ordered a large Fire Safety kit for $130 the week we bought our new house. Im now 3 weeks in and it still hasn't shipped and all I keep being told is its out of stock. Money is paid and collected, of course. I work at Kia, Imagine me selling you a car then telling you we dont have any lolol. I try SOOO hard to NOT use Amazon and support small business... but this is why Jeff builds rockets. If you dont have it, dont sell it.

I had accidentally double ordered and Prepared Hero canceled the extra order without any hassle. I got my fire blankets. Everything looks top quality. Fortunately, haven’t had to use them but am glad I am prepared.

I ordered Fire Blankets and because of the strike at Canada Post the order was lost in shipping. I contacted Prepared Hero and explained the situation and was treated with respect and had my money returned to my account. Prepared Hero is a great company to deal with and their products are exactly as described.

Ordered 5 fire blankets, one was damaged upon receiving. Obviously the top one in a case that was cut down the center. Contacted them with the issue and received a replacement blanket within 48 hours! Great product, outstanding customer service!

Their website does not say that they are SOLD OUT of fire blankets, so they're continuing to accept orders without any inventory. After 2 months and no updates from their staff, or any useful information, or any admittance that my order could not be fulfilled because they are sold out, I canceled my order. Buy a fire blanket from Amazon!

The blankets are great and I already have one that I bought on Amazon and I am glad to have it. But I am giving 2 stars cus I placed an order for 4 blankets on January 19th and it’s February 8th and I still haven’t got them and when I emailed about it I was just told that they were still preparing to ship and would be shipping soon. And no reason why it was taking so long. I bought these so I could have peace of mind when I left for a vacation so my family who was staying home would have them but I’m leaving in a few days and they haven’t been shipped yet. Shipping time is awful I could have bought them on Amazon and had them already.

I've heard about the Prepared Hero fire blanket and ordered them because I decided that the best thing to be is prepared! I ordered a four-pack of fire blankets, one for myself and the rest to give to other family members. I was impressed when they arrived, ready to be hung up and used when needed. I also have a fire extinguisher, but it's heavy and harder to use, so I think this blanket would be my first line of defense. I think it's an amazing idea to keep small fires from becoming large. Thank you!!

Disappointed I had to cancel my order as it was never filled. Waited over 2 months. I always received a response when I made an inquiry but was never given an update other then a generic response. Ordered the bundle of 8 as they were Christmas gifts.

Received the product- fire blanket- in a timely manner. Feel safer now and hopefully will never have to use it!

I purchased a "Privacy Pen", and it did not work! I charged it, and followed the instructions, and the pen did not work. So I mailed it back on 1-13-2025, along with the receipt, and order number, and they would not refund me my money. I don't know what kind of scam they are playing, but I have emailed them 7 times, and they said I need an RMA number to track my package, which I don't have. I wish I would have known that before I mailed it back to them. So now they won't refund me my money back! It even cost me $9 dollars for postage to send it back to them....ugh!! Can't they check their mail to see when my return got to them? Instead they are refusing to pay me back. Don't ever purchase this item!! Their other products might be OK, but I do not recommend this one! Also, their customer service is horrible!
