My call was answered extremely quickly and my query satisfied.

Overall pretty good, but have to say that call waiting times have significantly lengthened recently and submitted two callback requests to avoid hanging on today and they never materialised.

If though the prices have risen by 13% this still is the best tariff I could find in the market. Service has been excellent during the first year with them.I would highly recommend this company. Roderick Gill
