Monthly usage (which i keep an eye on every month) Is on or around £60-£70 maximum, yet they need £105 a month and seem to want to up it every other month, apparently now i am told that direct debt will be going up again due to covid usage being more, to which they have already been told i have no higher usage as i always keep track, i am £300 in credit and like others have said they will not give me anything like the amount they hold back, i am now leaving the company at the end of the month to which they still want £123 for the month even though the £300 credit is still in their pockets, and so far this month my usage is at £18, Terrible company would not recommend at all very poor customer service also... just out to take money that is all.. i will be in contact with them to get my money back, if that fails again it will be dealt with through my solicitor.
