Rapidi e puntuali

Vorrei sapere come riuscire a mettermi in contatto con qualcuno. Numeri telefonici irraggiungibili, assistenti virtuali che non forniscono nessun aiuto, email inviata sul forum senza nessuna risposta, aperto un reclamo ma nulla. Aspetto una consegna da 20gg, ferma in un magazzino di giacenza e vorrei sapere come poterlo ricevere. Esiste qualcuno con cui parlare che dia assistenza ai clienti?

Un servizio così pessimo non lo ho mai trovato!!! Da giorni sto aspettando un pacchetto ed ogni volta mi inviano la nail con il tracking e la data prevista di consegna! É passata una settimana e non si vede nessuno! Sul sito compare la scritta MANCATA CONSEGNA! Ma se ero apposta a casa ad aspettare questo benedetto pacchetto? Servizio veramente PESSIMO!!!!

Ho ordinato un prodotto con consegna presso un ufficio, ma il corriere arriva alle 19:30 e ovviamente l'azienda è chiusa. Non c' è la possibilità di indicare una fascia oraria di riferimento e non c'è assistenza. Non so come fare per ricevere il mio ordine. Codice Tracking 16125000048112

Worst experience i had with a delivery service. My package didn't receive any update after being received at the shipping facility for almost a week. the week later it finally arrive in Milan (Italy) but then it stayed there for 3 days meanwhile I was trying to contact the customer service but only the bot was available. Then it arrived 3 days ago in the Padova storehouse (close to the final destination) but it says it's in transit (since 3 days) but with no other news. I've been trying to contact the customer service since monday but the bot is extremely useless and both their free phone number or the one that is for their main office are going unanwsered. (for the second number i had to do a throughful internet research because it's not even shown in their website) Definitelly not using this company again and suggesting everybody to do the same. As for now I still haven't received the parcel UPDATE: after writing this review, two days later I received the package.
