Wonderful, From the phone call to book the service to the technician coming out they were all lovely, polite & professional, Not only did they rectify the problems I was having they educated me, which is a great thing, we should all learn what we can if your using a product ie A Computer. I was having trouble with my printer so I purchased a new one, I was having another issue as well with Microsoft. I contacted Geeks2U at Raymond Terrace and they sent a Tech named Stuart to install the printer and fix the other problem. The cost was $133 but the next day the problems were still the same. I again contacted Geeks2U and they sent Stuart again charged me $158 and the problem was not fixed. Upon request, they did cancel the $158 cost but my PC is not fixed and I am out of pocket $133 What happened to the promise NO FIX NO FEE. Never again.

Having issue with "Automatic Repair" loop. Having used Geeks2U several times previously I booked a service for 3:30pm, was very specific about time as had other appts during day. Tech turned up 2hrs early. Wife called and let me know so rushed home. Tech tells me problem solved. Turned computer on seemed to work OK. Was vague when questioned about cause and how/what was done to repair issue, how to prevent from re-occurring. This morning 03/02/2023, when accessing programs find that VPN, and a number of apps have been permanently uninstalled. As you can tell I am not very happy with service provided by this tech. Doubtful if I will use Geeks2U in the future.

had issue with a wi -fi printer ...i told him i wanted a connection part from the printer to the computer because i was moving house in 3 weeks ...so he spends just over an hour for something i didnt want " because when you move you have to start wi fi again and he kept messaging his boss about "how to get the wi fi system going "" all i wanted and did ask for was a connection from printer to computer in which i thought may cost around "100 dollars " say 40 for connection and 60 knocking on door however 308 dollars "FOR WHAT" the geeks obviously know when the good persons of this world need help "the geeks will take advantage ",,,in trouble the geeks will help the suckers AT A VERY HIGH PRICE...all the geeks to u need is SOME REALLY GOOD COMPETITION...final word (s) NEVER AGAIN ...i told the guy to just go because "to me "he didnt seem to know what he was doing this is why i believe he kept messaging his boss ...cheers to ya ...bt...(truth only )

Arranging a visit was quick and easy, and Geeks2U's contractor (Stilts) solved my problem rapidly and efficiently.

Will not be using geeks2u again, When i did the booking for someone who is mac/apple savvy i made that point specific, they sent someone out who knows minimal about mac/apple was charged $158 and hardly got anything done. Not recommended

Easy to book and get an appropriate appointment. Arrived in the allotted time. Lovely young man spent about 2 hours trying to fix my extender connection which cost $207 but couldn’t help. A star each for the good things. Expensive if the problem isn’t fixed.

Geeks2U Arrived in the time allotted so close to Christmas 23/12/22 Keith fixed my problem which I could not Was respectful and well mannered I certainly will get them in the future if needed.

The technician arrived at my house (wearing a mask to keep himself and us safe - bonus marks for that). He was polite and friendly and was very efficient in his completion of the task. The work was completed inside the designated time and all is working well.
