Anthony was on time, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. It's been a running joke in our team that the guy with the oldest laptop was the only one who could get both screens working so we are very happy that we can finally use them ha ha :) 10 stars out of 5 if we could.

Australia | 14 April 2022just moved into a new place.. No ethernet ports - all the wall sockets are phone ports. NBN box downstairs with router (2 flights) and computer on top floor. No choice but to Wi-Fi and speedtest shows I have a 102/106 mb/s line but my downloads are only 2.7-9.3 in speed. Called them 13/04/22 to get a technician booked to try and fix the speed problem since Wi-Fi is my only option here. I was asked if I wanted same day service but it'd cost me an extra $49 on top of the $158 I'd already be paying. I said no, I'll wait till tomorrow. So tomorrow's come around, Technician Matthew was supposed to show at 8:30am... didn't show. Got a phone call eventually at 9:10am from their customer service team saying he wasn't able to make it today, could we reschedule. I was a little pissed but said sure. I was offered Tuesday next week (sorry some of us work and I work that day), other option was tomorrow (Good Friday) but there'd be an additional public holiday fee. I'm like.. are you serious? I'm going to get charged extra for YOUR technician not showing when he was supposed to? I cancelled the service. I will not be using them again. Absolutely appalling. If I have anything taken off my creditcard for cancelling I will follow through with a law suit... Update: They did call back around midday, saying they had a technician who was in the surrounding area who could come today. I declined the offer - nice they did offer - but I'm too angry with the company with how this morning played out. No, cancel the service request - I've already arranged for an electrician to come here to change the ports over from phone jacks to ethernet ports.

After spending a significant amount of time trying to fix the problem, I called Geeks2U and requested David my previous technician. As usual, David was on time. He discussed the issue in depth with me, then set to work and before I knew it the issue was resolved. David is always extremely polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. After rectifying my issue, as usual, he asked if there was anything else. I mentioned I was having a problem with my mobile. I did not expect David to help me. After telling him what was occurring with phone, he had a look and explained what the problem was, and showed me how to fix it should it happen again. Thank you, David. You will be my Geek to go to for any future problems.
