Sent 2 emails chasing my order only to be told there's no update from the courier please be patient. I've now cancelled my order but had an email saying they can re-order!! This will obviously carry another 2 week delivery time scale so I've declined. I wonder how long it will take to get my money back!!!!!!!!

I ordered on Friday and by Tuesday my furniture was delivered, without issue. I can only imagine that this company is struggling due to the unprecedented demand and Covid19. Really happy customer. Hope more reviews like this start to be flood in!

Have returned it a month ago and still did not receive my refund, I sent so many emails to both Wowcher and dreams living . Still nothing! Disappointed! It took a lifetime to arrive , when it arrived , it promised no quibble refund , but does not deliver on this promise !!!

United Kingdom | 24 June 2020I ordered a garden lounge set through eBay, the delivery date was start of July. But I actually received the sofa 2 weeks early. The sofa looks great, although there was some damage on the left and right sofa. I contacted customer support. Micheal who was my point of contact was excellent, he quickly resolved the matter and dispatch the replacement parts quickly and efficiently. The sofa looks stunning and I’m very happy with my purchase.

But the small print had specific delivery times of the 10 July, well it’s the 21st June and it’s all here now! I emailed the company and had a reply within their 48hrs auto reply as one package arrived and then the other two a day later! The furniture is of the quality for the price! So read the small print On wowcher Re Lead times and restrictions before you write a bad review as they delivered before time and replied when I emailed, that’s all I can say! So 4 stars! Especially under these special time!

United States | 23 June 2020BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I understand things are taking a little longer than normal due to Covid but the customer service and communication from this company is shocking. Ordered furniture through Wowcher on 28th May with a delivery date of 17th June or before. It is now 23rd June and still no delivery. Tried to call and you are kept holding for about 15 to 30 mins and then you are asked to leave your name tel number and e,ail address and they will get back to you. I have done this every day since 17th and still no one calls. I have also emailed and got a reply from their support team to say they would get back to me with in 48 hrs. that was on the 16th June I have sent a further 2 email and no response. Wowcher are no help they say we need to deal with the supplier directly. Looks like I am going to have to take this up with my bank.

United Kingdom | 23 June 2020As with others, gave 1 star but really needs none. This company are appalling. I ordered a furniture set off wowcher. Placed the order on 28th May 2020. The delivery page said it would be delivered by 11th July. I had no update to say anything had been dispatched so I contacted them on 5th June. I had a response from a girl named Jesse and she said the goods were delivered to the courier. I thought great they’ll be here soon. Given everything going on with covid I thought they’re probably delayed. I was supplied with a tracking number. A few more days had passed and there still was no update. The tracking update just said order created so I contacted arrowxl myself. I was told by the lady on the phone though a request had been generated no packages were delivered to them. She advised I would need to contact dreams living myself. Which I did but as with everyone I couldn’t get through. It’s almost like a dud line. I was waiting ages at a time calling them. It’s now 22nd June and I still have got no further. I’ve contacted my bank and asked for a refund. I have also contacted trading standards

Been chasing this and I’ve had absolutely no correspondence from the company. I have involved Wowcher and they have requested the company to contact me.....still nothing. I am owed £720, if I don’t hear anything back by close of play Monday I will be taking this matter up with my bank. Please avoid at all cost!

United Kingdom | 15 June 2020It’s a shame this place gets bad reviews. Especially with communication as people forgetting that covid has affected a lot of companies. We should be helping UK based companies especially our local ones . This company was on the news recently for one of the largest fires in the midlands in Tyseley. It’s good to see them up and running again but I’m having to write this review due to reading other people’s bad experience. I am sat down in the newly purchased rattan garden furniture writing this. Doesn’t let me upload photo but it’s one of them 4 chair cubes that comes with 4 extra stools so can fit 8 around the table . First of all the furniture comes flat pack. Individual pieces are wrapped up in pairs or 4s to help you assemble parts easily. If you don’t have an Allen key drill set can take a while to set up but at least you know the parts fit perfectly when you doing manually. The tapered glass for the rattan table comes in bubble wrap well protected and the packaging is overall excellent. One of the rattan parts threading was loose. No problem , you don’t have to return the whole thing, I called then and went down as live locally and managed to pick up a replacement. In the warehouse they seemed understaff but was seen straight away . Got a replacement part and managed to browse their showroom which ain’t open to public yet but lots of good quality garden stuff and regret not buying a corner piece . Whilst there I managed to pick up a 2.5 m parasol. This is light and easily assembled. I didn’t want to cement in and drill into decking so I purchased a parasol sand bag that fits over the base , a tenner from amazon and it holds firmly with no worries of it tumbling . Overall product 5 star, customer and return experience 5 star. Friends have loved the garden now and I have recommended this place. Cost and prices I would say fair based on other websites but sometimes worth paying extra for peace of mind and quality. Hope this helps . Happy to share pics .

Waited long enough for the goods to be delivered( with very little communication). Once the goods arrived the quality of the items is poor. Sent a email to the company with photos ( would put them on here if I could) hav'nt heard anything back from them. So I feel I would make a review so others know what you could be up against. My dealing with this company is poor, yours might not be, all I say is think twice before you do.

As other people, I ordered through Wowcher (garden furniture) which I am yet to receive, despite being past the delivery date. I have received absolutely no response from dreams living in relation to my order, despite several phone calls and emails. I will never ever ever order from this company again and certainly will be taking this further.

I emailed and I called again on the phone for 15 minutes each time then asked to leave a message I have done twice. No call back no email appalling service I assume they will blame the coronavirus ! Steer clear of this business I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot 🤔

Bought off wowcher didn't look at company dreams living or reviews had I I may not of purchased took about a week to arrive initially wowcher gave me a date that wasn't correct. Then I read reviews & got concerned however I I needn't of done I emailed company straight away on the Friday wowcher gave me the date, they got back to me within the hour said someone would be in touch within 48hrs next morning got an email asking me to pick a day for delivery then got email off delivery firm. Furnature arrived the next Thursday 8am got it up and well happy.
