Was very worried after reading all the bad reviews ordered a 8 please rattan garden set purchased from wowcher was emailed when dreams received the order, and emailed again when it was despatched with an on or before date, it came on the day, all in tact no damage so all in all a great buy, Only thing is that they didn’t contact me to confirm delivery luckily I was off on the day but that was down to delivery people, Only stressed because of all the bad reviews!!

Shocking company, complete scam, i ordered through pigsback which i thought was a reliable company but unfortuantly i was wrong, €650 on rattan garden furniture 5 weeks ago and can not get any reply from dreams living. Pigsback sound like they are just in the dark as me as they have no clue where the furniture is but yet i am still down the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. 1) They never answer the phone. 2) they never respond to emails. 3) Any information that you do get from them is totally incorrect. Last week I received half of my furniture which was delivered a month late. God only knows where the rest of it is as I have not been able to get hold of anyone to find out.. I'm absolutely astonished that in this day and age a company can would even consider working like this. The very least I would have expected is a call or email to say that they were only delivering half of my order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUBBISH.

I purchased an 8 seater Yakoe Monaco rattan sofa set and a rain cover off Pigsback on 30th March. Never received it so I got in touch via Pigsback to see where it was. Initially someone called Keo just kept copying the same response that it will be chased up and they will get back...which they never did. Unfortunately this is the point that I came across Trust Pilot reviews and my heart sank. I had to resort to contacting their other company, Furniture Maxi via Instagram as they seemed to be good at getting back to queries. They did put me in touch with someone called Zoe that was, at the time, very helpful and I seemed slightly hopeful. Keo basically lied and said that my furniture was on the way and Zoe was upfront and told me that it actually wasn’t in stock, they were waiting delivery and it would be out the following week. Also, when it did come in stock my raincover wasn’t so she asked if I was happy to wait 2 weeks on that...I was more than happy to because I was trusting everything else was on the way. I was told about the fire, however I know that I purchased my stuff after the incident so I was sold something that didn’t even exist. Anyway...yet again my item didn’t turn up. I asked Zoe what was going on as I hadn’t heard from their courier Countrywide. She sent me tracking but I had to email someone instead of just checking online. When Countrywide finally got back they told me that tracking number isn’t belonging to something they have. I emailed them back and found out that Dreams Living had requested for the deliveries to be taken back to them and Dreams Living still have the freight. Obviously this panicked me and when I emailed Zoe she was out of office. I then emailed Sherry and Kurt as directed by Zoe’s auto reply asking what was going on. Sherry finally got back and after explaining what I had experienced so far she basically confirmed that they don’t use Countrywide at the moment as a courier and they are awaiting other arrangements. LITERALLY that was it. Nobody informed me of this I had to find it out myself. I asked when can I expect this to be sorted and of course I’ve heard nothing and now it’s the weekend, rolling the issue over to another week. How annoying knowing it was on it’s way and got taken back to the warehouse?! I paid for delivery so how can there be no courier? Not far off 2 months I have been waiting on this. I’ve been very reasonable to wait as long as I have and didn’t request a refund I was happy to see if it would arrive when it came in stock. However this weekend I have sourced another furniture set and unfortunately I’ll be getting the ball rolling for a refund first thing Monday morning. Absolute disgrace. I’m just gutted I read trust pilot so late. I just thought they would be a reliable company as they were on Pigsback. So over €600 almost down the drain...now I’m dreading the refund process but I have had enough. Don’t use them there is similar stock from reliable companies use them instead. ****UPDATE**** Just to let other customers that are in the same boat know that a refund process isn’t that stressful. I already have my refund back...Dreams Living aren’t to thank for that still to this day they are ignoring me. So don’t wait around just get on to your bank for a charge back. Pigsback eventually allowed the refund anyway. Also funny thing was after refund was authorised I had an email explaining the fire again and apologising. They told me Palletways has now been sercured as the new courier and had already left the Thursday before...no tracking number. I called Palletways myself and they told me I was the 3rd person to call and see if they had my order...they had nobodies order because DL was lying yet again. SO glad to be rid of this company. I have told Pigsback not to use them as apparently they do review companies and remove them if they are bad. Let’s hope other voucher sites follow suit!

Please dont use this company!!! Ordered a rattan garden set.. received 2 items over a week ago and no correspondence regarding the last item, received a call today to say the distribution company have lost it which they havent and they would resend me another one only to be told it would take over 4 weeks.(as there latest stock didnt pass quality control). they demanded all items be repackaged if returning and I discarded all packaging last week. Disgustinging company and I beg everyone not to use them.

Wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering! A month later still waiting on my order I have been told multiple lies by both this company and wowcher, colour out of stock, no stock left, a delay in shipping and finally by wowcher that there was a fire in their warehouse. Requested a refund which i am still waiting on! Would never order from either company again!

Terrible.... wish I had seen some of the reviews sooner, still chasing half of my delivery after a month of order. Wowcher have been useless and will not purchase from dreams living or wowcher AGAIN! I would not recommend at all

Much better service than I expected reading these reviews . The furniture is great , good quality and not terrible to put together . Only slight downside was the communication re delivery . There wasn’t any and furniture just turned up so very lucky I was at home .

Absolutely dreadful for all the reasons others have given - no notification of delivery, wrong items sent, zero customer service, just deliberate stalling and constant pretending not to understand what the problem was. I was blatantly lied to by one of the people who answered the phone who said they were looking at our order on their system, but I was able to prove that they hadn't even bothered to do that. We are only getting the garden furniture collected and a refund because we purchased through Groupon.

My partner purchased some rattan furniture through Wowcher and then we read the most awful reviews (from both Dreams Living and Wowcher) which completely terrified us that he'd just thrown his money away. However the process wasn't as bad as we feared. First of all, when you redeem your voucher you are given a ball-park delivery date from Wowcher. We received absolutely no confirmation from Dreams Living that they'd received our order or that the delivery date was correct but I stayed in just in case. Delivery date (Tuesday 23rd April) came and went, more bad reviews were read and my partner then decided we should just cancel the order and get his money back. So, as he’d bought using his credit card, he started the process through the bank the same day. The following day (Wed) I emailed Wowcher with no great expectation that they would do anything about it, just to let them know that we had decided to cancel the order. I did it through the online chat system. The woman I spoke to said she'd email Dreams Living, telling them of our wish to cancel and copy me in on the email, which she did. Heard nothing from Dreams Living straight away but I wasn't expecting to. On Friday, I just happened to have the day off as I was organising a family party at the weekend, between trips to the supermarket LUCKILY I had popped home to discover a lorry outside my house with the furniture in! He had been ringing my mobile but I'd missed it. I’d had no email, text, nothing to say they would be delivering on that Friday. Usually I would have been at work. The delivery guy was really really nice and helpful - I have no idea which company he worked for. So, after talking to my partner we decided to accept the delivery, see what the quality of the furniture was like and go from there. The furniture was actually fine. Yes, it's not the most expensive or top quality but we were pleasantly surprised, especially after reading the reviews - everything was present and correct and apart from a tiny piece of damaged rattan which was about the size of a 10p, everything was in excellent condition. So Wowcher's part in this saga was good, they communicated with the merchant when we had a problem so I cannot complain that they didn't help. The only problem we had was with communication from Dreams Living because there was none! *** After receiving the order on Friday I checked my emails and Dreams Living had responded on Thursday afternoon to the Wowcher communication about us wanting to cancel so I let them know it had arrived and did complain about their lack of communication. They did apologise. Fair enough but not great!

Don’t buy from this company!!! Shocking quality furniture and customer service department is non-existent. We brought a 9 piece furniture set from DreamsLiving. It arrived late, with pieces missing and parts broken. This set was £479. After contacting the customer service team, 4 weeks later I received an email to say they are willing to refund £15 only. Absolutely ridiculous offer! I have since contacted them and they have upped this to £30 - roughly 7% of the total asking price. They are now ignoring my emails and the telephone line seems to be constantly busy. I’m actually shocked by how bad quality supplied by this company and the poor customer service!

The reviews seem justified. Ordered a set of garden furniture 3 weeks ago. I'd love to tell you about the quality but it's not been delivered. I have been told on several occasions that I have received the order? I also waited in all day on the day they said it would arrive for it not to come. I have since e-mailed daily to receive generic responses saying someone will get back to me and alas, they don't. I just want my money back. Wowcha have messaged them and we're currently awaiting a reply. Just process the refund and we can all move on. After 4 weeks from point of order, I get a refund. Bizarrely after Wowcha had agreed a refund, I was still getting emails from Dreams Living saying I had received the order, clearly don’t update their order system at all. Still say, pick another supplier, waste of 4 weeks and hours of my time plus a wasted days annual leave. An apology would have been nice

If I could give minus I will!! Please be smart and never ever use this company. We recived a wrong item and I calling everyday, sending emails and everyday I hear someone will contact you by 6pm to resolve it! And again nothing. No refund, no delivery of correct iteam... nothing! I will deffo never use them again and will say to everyone - DON’T USE THEM!!! At first was as well problem with delivery ( no confirmation of day, no email, no phone call) so straight from beginning problems. I’m so angry at my self that I use them not reading any reviews. This is my first ever review and just sad that need to be this one - but I want to protect others! Stay away from this company !

Avoid at all costs, the quality is cheap and tackly. We received our out door ratten furniture set which all boxes were damaged. The contents was shocking, broken parts, no holes to screw the seats together and see photo of glass table which had shattered. When we lifted the table out the shattered glass escaped from the packaging all over the floor. We have two young children and as you can imagine was a stressful time making sure no glass was left. Their customer services is the worst i have ever come across, just constant excuses they shouldn't be trading. I'm still waiting for them to sort out a replacement and getting no where. I have now got a family legal member involved to put a claim against them if this is not resolved with the next few days. They have caused so much hassle and destress.

Hopefully, this review will alleviate any worries for people who have recently ordered an outdoor furniture set from this company using Wowcher, like I did. Five days ago, on Saturday night around 11:30 P.M., my husband and I decided to order a nine-seater outdoor furniture set from Dreamsliving--advertised on Wowcher. We were excited by the price (£419 for the furniture and the rain covers) and the look of the product. Sunday, I Googled the name of the supplier and when I read the reviews, I immediately got very worried. Many people have said that their product didn't arrive at all, or it arrived broken, or it was missing pieces and parts. I actually felt sick about the purchase and wanted to cancel it. But, my husband reassured me and said if there were any issues, he would sort it all out. Happily, by 1:30 P.M. on Monday, a text message arrived that said the furniture would be delivered on Tuesday. Seeing as it was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days of ordering, I was pleasantly surprised. I was also relieved because if it did arrive as the majority of people described on this review site, then all of my questions would be answered within 24 hours. I am happy to report that on Tuesday around 3 o'clock, a friendly delivery man brought our furniture set carefully to the door. Everything was intact, the product matched the specifications listed on Wowcher's advertisement, and after we built it, I am proud to say that it looks just like the picture online. Because of the speed of the service, careful packaging, and ease of buying from beginning to end, I am giving my experience with Dreamsliving 5 stars.

Ordered from wowcher and was dubious because of the reviews bur ive had a fab experience. Had to change delivery date and address and it still came on time. My delivery man was helpful and very polite i wouldve given a tip but i didnt have cash! And best my wardrobes are absolutely stonking. I love them!!! X

Absolutely shocking customer care! Bought a product through Amazon that clearly stated it had draw strings on the cover. When I called up regarding this issue, the girl I spoke with was completely and utterly clueless and kept saying it was simply a misprint on the product details! When I said 'is that literally all you're going to say?' there was a stunned silence. Eventually she put me on hold and came back saying they would offer me 10% off my next purchase. Well I wouldn't purchase anything from them again as I could not guarantee that was on the specification was actually accurate or a true representation of the product. They need some serious customer service training!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THROUGH GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL ETC AS DESPITE PROMISING A 5 DAY DELIVERY - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY BED THAT WAS DUE ON THE 12TH DECEMBER (I ORDERED IT AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER) AND DESPITE VARIOUS EMAILS TO THE COMPANY ALL IM GETTING IS LIE UPON LIE THAT ITS NOT THEIR FAULT BUT THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND THEY BASICALLY WILL NOT STEP IN AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE!! MY SON HAS NOW BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR SINCE THE 12TH DECEMBER AS WE GAVE HIS BED AWAY WHEN WE WERE ADVISED THAT THE BED WOULD BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY AND THEREFORE I AM MORE THAN ANGRY!!!
