Bought a voucher through Pigsback for a bed frame for my daughter as we have just moved into a new house and dont have much furniture .A few days later somebody from customer service emailed me and just said there had been a problem with the quality check and they couldnt sent it out.I told him that when I bought it the site said there was another 28beds available so could they not just send me another one.He said that they had all sold out. I didnt believe him but gave them the benefit of the doubt I then ordered the same bedframe but in another colour.A whole week waiting and then I got another email to say this one hadnt passed the quality check either.Customer service was also very flippant about it Meanwhile my daughter is still sleeping on the floor Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else especially if your in a hurry like I was

No delivery issues but quality is terrible!!! Ordered and delivered via Amazon and was initially very pleased, however, most of the "strands" of the furniture are broken on the arms, backs, seats and even the table (which is not even load bearing due to the glass!) I have commissioned an independent inspection/report from a repair specialist. It's almost ready for the skip after 15 months and it's hardly been used. TM - Chelmsford

Bought some expensive rattan furniture and was given a delivery date. I emailed and asked for it early and was brushed off with a generic reply. It is now late and despite chasing I have been been given very little info. Do not buy. Total joke!

I have no idea how this company are still in business. Bought a Wowcher deal, they delivered the wrong stuff (Without any notice), takes an age to get any response by email. They finally agreed to uplift it today (1 week after delivery)... and yep, you've guessed it, they haven't appeared.

Absolute joke of a company. They sell but don't deliver. Customer Service is awful, they just get you in a run-around and never resolve anything even though the issues are their fault and they make arrangements to resolve the problem which are not honored. I purchased a 4-piece outdoor furniture set from these clowns on Amazon. They only sent one of two boxes and then sent a duplicate of the one I already had two weeks later. Amazon negotiated that the mistake would be picked up from my house and I'd get the right shipment but Dreams Living (AKA Yakoe) keeps telling me to go back to Amazon to arrange this - which I have about 15 times - and they still do nothing. After a month of headaches I am finally getting a refund from Amazon, mainly as I threatened a card chargeback. On the positive side the team at Amazon XL were great and I now feel like I know a lot of them on a familiar basis as we've spoken so frequently. I have reported this company to Trading Standards for fraud. You'd be better off buying from Argos.

Excellent... Ordered furniture on Sunday via wowcher (large rattan set) and it was estimated 10 days. Was delivered by tuffnel delivery service 5 days later! Excellent!

I purchased garden furniture through Wowcher. Was told my furniture would arrive by 13 July. It never arrived I had to contact Wowcher who did contact Dreams Living on my behalf as I could not make contact with Dreams Living as they do not answer their phone. They do not communicate regarding delay or delivery of goods once the delivery date has come and gone. I am now awaiting a full refund from Wowcher. I am amazed that Wowcher is still showing this company offer on their site as I am sure they are scamming people. Shame on you Dreams Living and Wowcher. Would not deal with again.

This is a truly appalling company! I bought a rattan furniture set from them via Living social website and they have not delivered the items on time. When I tried to contact the company, they replied, after several days past the set date, claiming they had some issues on their end and the set will be delivered a month later... Due to the delay I gave them a new address they should deliver to, confirmed twice, since I managed to move house by the new delivery date...Imagine my surprise when being abroad well in advance of the set new delivery date, I received a call from my former neighbour advising that there a two huge boxes for me just left in front of my old apartment building! No notification, no call from either the company or whoever delivered the set... I could not reach the company via phone and it took them 3 business days to respond to the ongoing email trail with one of the consultants... By the time I arranged for a friend to pick them up, the boxes were gone!... The company does not feel responsible at all!! I have not experienced such a level of complete disregard for customer service in a long time....

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered via Wowcher but the estimated delivery date kept changing. They kept telling me it had been dispatched and I would hear from the courier when it would be delivered but heard nothing. Terrible customer service as was kept on hold on the phone for ages and never got to speak to the same person. Different people also responded to e-mails. It hadn't been dispatched at all- it was still in their warehouse. It was eventually delivered at 06.40 on a Sunday morning!! Rattan garden furniture which I am quite happy with (but its early days and only time will tell) Took 4 hours to build! Then came without the cover I ordered and I had to go through the whole process again! Did receive that eventually too. If you value your blood pressure, do NOT deal with this company!

Well I received the 8 piece rattan furniture on the day it was promised after submitting my WoWcher and buying the set from Dream. The quality of the furniture is very poor - cheap and nasty is the only way to describe it. I paid in excess of £500 for a set of furniture which is worth less than half of that. I feel that I have been ‘hoodwinked’ coz it was advertised as being reduced from over £1,200.00. It took me over 3 hours to put the flat pack together. I had to use my own drill to align some of the holes in the metal frame and also I had to glue parts of the rattan which were frayed. Big mistake buying on line without seeing the product first. Think they prey on people expecting a bargain. I would advise people not to buy this inferior product.

Just received our rattan garden furniture today. It has taken longer to arrive than expected but it's great . Good quality and no damage. Always emailed me back if i had a query. Rang me to arrange a delivery date. Emailed with a 2 hour slot day before and rang me to say they were 10 mins away. Great service. Thank you

I’m really pleased with our order, again we ordered a grey rattan set from wowcher and redeemed it on dreams living and after seeing the reviews for both wowcher and dreams living I was really worried. The negatives would be their lack of ways to communicate with them and delivery information could be improved, as I tried ringing and was on hold for 14mins and then go disconnected, I emailed and a day or so later received an answer from Helen who answered my questions, I did have to ask when it would be delivered and by chance I emailed the day it was getting delivered so was home luckily (within a week of purchase) by tuffnels (but didn’t have any tracking info for time or previous warning to be home) so if this was improved to reassure your customers. When we did get the order it was well packaged and protected, instructions in each box separately, I unwrapped each bit convinced something would be damaged wrong or missing, but everything was perfect and great quality! Looks exactly like the picture grey and not browny colour and cushions are really thick, the rain over does fit so not sure if they have rectified this after complaints, although they are really light weight and green not grey but doesn’t matter to us. So really happy for the price and quality, thanks

We ordered some rattan furniture using Wowcher and read the reviews after we had placed the order and was really worried as they were so bad but they have been amazing. Ordered it on a Tuesday and it was delivered on the Friday, really good customer service and communication and the actual furniture is really good quality. We would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I came across Trust pilot after I experienced problems. I purchased the Monaco 8 piece rattan set Aug 2017. In Oct we wrapped it up for the winter. Summer 2018 we used it. Put it away again last winter. Got it out in April only to find the coated frame has rusted. Not only is it marking the decking, it obviously will deteriorate more over time & would be unsafe. Dreams Living refused to accept responsibility saying its out of warranty ( BTW, no actual warranty issued) They now won’t even reply to emails. We are trying to claim through our credit card provider but even they are asking us to pay for an independent report. Now it looks like we may have to go to the small claims court. So, my advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And if you are fortunate enough to receive your goods, keep an eye on it, because it is poorly made furniture.

Agree with the other comments. Do not use this company. I ordered £489 ratten garden furniture direct from their website. When it didn’t arrive I emailed them. I was fobbed off with comments that they couldn’t find my order. I emailed almost daily and even threatened legal action. It was only when the small claims court contacted them that I received an immediate refund!

I placed my order via wowcher and then read the review's! Not the right way round obviously! Anyway my outdoor furniture of 2 armchairs, a 2 & 3 seater sofa, poufe, coffee table and covers all arrived safely on time. We had 2 missing feet from I sofa, I emailed they replied and within 5 days the feet are here! I have no complaints. It's not the greatest quality but for the price is great value for money and very comfortable.

Never again ! Mid March made my first purchase with Wowcher! Then there was the fire , alternative offered and nothing processed despite numerous emails , that was out of stock ! So I get a credit on my wowcher wallet , order another set .... get an email about delivery by 10/5/19 panicking as I needed to leave work etc Nothing materialised , I finally get an email , it was damaged and now out of stock . I told them to forget it and finally after 2 months got all my money back , ordered from Argos which hopefully arrives next week !

I wish there were minus stars because that’s what this company deserve. The customer service is terrible, I can not get a straight answer via telephone when they do answer and have also sent numerous unanswered email. I would recommend you save yourself a lot of money and hassle and stay away from this company
