I have used Fletcher Longstaff on 3 occasions and on all 3 i have received a brilliant service. Recent experience, i was kept informed throughout. All my emails and enquiries were dealt with in an expeditiously manner. Any conveyance enquiries raised i would be informed about and the beauty of contacting someone within seconds of dialling the number was fabulous. I will definitely recommend and use again. I spent a few hours looking for a competent and reliable conveyancer. I wanted to do the research as most of the recommendations are commission based and not based on how good they actually are. I also wanted to avoid call centre type conveyencers which are so slow once they have your money. I can only say the small team of Edward & Laura were excellent. Plus you get a No Sale No fee contract. Highly recommend!

We have found Astasia, Jake and team very prompt and efficient in a sale and purchase. So much of the process is completed using technology, so we were able to instruct them whilst not living locally. Everything was completed in a very timely manner, ahead of the timescale and they were responsive to the other party's enquiries. Overall, I cannot fault Flecther Longstaff in their speed and efficiency. Previous transactions with solicitors have been an effort and sometimes quite stressful, but this company are a breath of fresh air in their field. Thank you to the entire team.

I was really pleased with this conveyancing company and in particular, my conveyancer Charlotte Brooker. I was kept fully up to date. If I rang and she wasn’t available, it wouldn’t take long for a callback. The app they use is also really good.
