I chose Fletcher Longstaff to act as conveyancers for the sale of my flat because I read a lot of excellent reviews here and because I wanted to deal with a small company. I liked the fact that one person would be assigned to work for me. Also I expected the electronic communication and online record would help to speed the process up. Luckily this all turned out to be the case. I was very happy with the service provided by Craig Dickson who was friendly, helpful, gave great attention to detail and was almost always available when I called with questions or information. If he was busy I invariably had a call back within the hour. My sale was thankfully very straightforward without a chain but Craig moved things along as fast as possible and made it all surprisingly stress free.
