I just used Fletcher Longstaff for my conveyancing on my first home and I am super impressed with their service! The team are very friendly and personable; our account handler, Adam, in particular was always responsive and on hand to help out with updates and queries, whether it was on email, phone or the app. Their app is excellent; we were able to do all of our conveyancing without ever needing to go into their office in Lincoln. You are updated on the progress of your property sale through the app and can access everything all in one place. If you need conveyancing then don't look any further than Fletcher Longstaff! They also operate a 'no sale no fee' policy so there really isn't any reason not to use them. A massive thank you to the team!

Fantastic service start to finish. Any queries I had were promptly dealt with, I received regular up dates on progression with out having to call or chase. Brilliant service from start to finish. As first time buyers we were rather nervous about the buying process but Edward et al make everything crystal clear including the use of Help to Buy ISAs and Lifetime ISAs. They are just amazing! Recommended by a work colleague who couldn't praise them enough. My first property fell through and I changed solicitors after that as I could never reach them, always talked to someone else, they were not supportive or responsive. But let me tell you, the Fletcher Longstaff team were so responsive, thorough and also a great price for their service. I didn't even need to call them as I had email responses within the same day/ morning from the same team handling my case. The paperwork was so easy to process and thoroughly listed. I did have a 2 week delay but that was caused from the other party, can happen. I know now, why my colleague couldn't praise them enough. Same in my case, I did have a great experience, recommended them since and would use them again!
