Amazing service! My partner and I bought our first home recently and used Fletcher Longstaff on the recommendation of a family friend. The horror stories and pitfalls I'd heard of conveyancing solicitors were non-existent. My conveyancer was Craig and he was amazing the whole time. Prompt contact, clear advice, and took all the stress and hard work out of our hands. The progress app took a while to update sometimes, but clearly seeing the steps we'd completed and that were still due was incredibly useful to managing the anxiety of being a first-time buyer. Having had no other experience with conveyancers I can't say that Fletcher Longstaff are the best, but when the time comes to move house again, I know exactly who I'll be trusting to handle everything.

I’ve now both sold a lease hold flat with Tom’s assistance and bought a house working with Craig and was so glad on both occasions that I used Fletcher Longstaff. I’m not located anywhere near their offices but that didn’t matter. The online portal is easy to see where all the documents are and signings are done via post. Both Tom and Craig are extremely responsive. I always had an email response the same day which also meant that I was kept informed throughout the process. Despite any complications, the fee was as per the quote which meant keeping on top of finances was stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

Fletcher Longstaff! Simply the best conveyancing firm I have ever dealt with and that is going some! Faultless to the very end when we decided to have a change of heart and pull out of the purchase! From day one, the process was quick, easy and super friendly supportive team. Purchasing a house can be stressful at the best of times, but their service and knowledge is so streamlined and jargon free, we never had to question once. We found they do exactly what they say and go the extra mile too…. I am a very experienced cynic, especially with conveyancing firm, but I can assure you they did not give me reason for concern at any stage whatsoever. At the end when we said “phew, that was a long process and very time consuming, how much do we owe you for pulling out? They replied “you have not reached completion, so there is no fee for our service”. They did not try to persuade us to proceed with any pressure, simply working in our best interest from start to finish. We genuinely struck gold with Tom Hansen at Fletcher Longstaff. He is a credit to his profession and I cannot fault one aspect of his practice or communication. Our first house buy was seamless and completed in just 1 month! Tom was exceptionally responsive and available via email and phone, and our estate agent even remarked how unusually wonderful and accessible they were. The other team members who I did come into contact with were also brilliant. I originally discovered the company in 2018 but I didn't proceed with the purchase. Since then, I can see that they have evolved and modernised their practice, and the automated system/portal for communication, documents and updating the client every step of the way is brilliant. In terms of price, they are more competitive than a lot of London-based firms and the fee you do pay although you may find it a little cheaper elsewhere, is 100% worth the money because you will receive an excellent service.
