Very quick and prompt service Excellent product

I purchased a candle gift set for my mother in law for £40. They smelt amazing in the box but no scent when they’re lit which was disappointing. Yankee candles are more reasonably priced & have a better perfume So I’ll think twice before buying more for the gift company

I purchased an item as a gift and when it arrived the box was torn and items were strewn inside. I sent an email with pictures hoping this could be rectified and have not yet had a response. I am beyond disappointed with the service.

I received a diffuser for my birthday and I am so happy I did these are the best ones I have ever had. The smell that comes off of them is strong and lasts ages. Everytime you go in the room where it is you can smell it. Others that I have had just lose the smell but these are really really good. So I ordered 4 more for around the house

Over the moon with what I brought But £5 delivery is expensive and my goods were damaged!!! I rang the shop at Dalton Park the staff were amazing and helped me out I would buy again from gift company x

I have used the Gift company before & have always been delighted with their prompt delivery, accuracy of product description & most the value for money. However, it pains me to say that when ordering the poppy dish, large, at £15.00, which I had paid previously, I was more than surprised to see that when it arrived the box clearly said £10.00 but I was not refunded the difference. I wonder why??

I love The Gift Company diffusers, they smell so good and it lasts! Shame they no longer sell Cashmere Suede but it did make me try the others and I’m more than happy.

Had a delivery and want to return the goods however I’ve had no response to my calls or emails asking for their advice on how to return this item. Disappointed.
