I ordered 2 Lemongrass and Ginger and 1 Crisp Cotton diffusers. When my order arrived the delivery note was correct but the contents were 1 Lemongrass & Ginger, 1 Crisp Cotton and an English Pear & Freesia. I immediately rang yr company and spoke to a lovely Lady and explained the problem. She apologised and told me to keep the incorrect item and she would send me the correct one. I will definitely use yr company again. Fantastic customer service.
