I ordered my item on the 1/1/22 and it is now the 18/2/22 and I still have not received my item. I sent off my order reference number to chase up the location of my parcel and I had no reply. With my wedding coming up, I do not have money spare to spend on nothing. I would like my money back. I am so disappointed as i brought the same item for my mum for Christmas and I wanted one for myself because I loved it so much.

I have ordered from the gift company many times, I also visit their shops if Im in an area where there is one. I believe their candles, and diffusers are the best, reasonably priced too.

My lamp took a week to come after ordering , when arrived although when purchased it said comes with an extra bulb, there wasn’t a bulb even fitted on the lamp never mind an extra one inc Emailed customers services who apologised and would post me a bulb out, another week passed still no bulb so still cannot use my lamp which is a birthday present from my daughter. Very disappointing after paying £4.99 delivery too Hopefully a blip with them as I ordered here previously and goods were great as was fast delivery

Started okay then went downhill rapidly. Bought a musical decorative Christmas tree which had no base. Emailed them and quick reply promising to have one posted out ASAP. No item received and now will not respond to any further emails or calls. Even used Facebook messenger and won’t respond. Be very aware and avoid.
