The product is lovely brought defusers and candles. Brought the morning and arrived the next day excellant service.

I loved the Rabbit with his stop watch but was a bit disappointed when it arrived as the watch pops in and out of the rubbery holder to enable you to put your own battery in- it’s a bit flimsy and doesn’t fit that well as I said loved it to look at but thought for the materials used it was a bit pricey for what it actually is I think £10 is more it’s worth. The Anchor clock is fine and good for the price so that’s fine

I had previously purchased in store a smaller size of Lemon Grass and Ginger diffuser and it was amazing BUT bought two larger replacement bottles online and once opened noticed they had little to no scent. I escalated to their customer service department and was told that thy had teething problems with the larger sizes and there was nothing else they could do. Having spent £40 i would not buy this product again and am extremely disappointed with their response.

Visited castleford store to purchase lion we had seen previously. But not In shop. So asked the manager if they would be getting any more. His response was no only one no more available. You should have purchased when you saw it . So I went on line and phoned the nearest shop . Who said they had one 50 minutes drive away. When I arrived at the shop she could not understand why I phoned and the castleford shop did not check stock for me. She also told me they had plenty in the warehouse but only stock one in store. So a two hour journey just because castleford could not be bothered. The staff at Doncaster was very helpful. But castleford rude and unhelpful

I am so disappointed as I have ordered these diffusers for many years and the scent is not as strong as in the past. I don’t know if you are using other suppliers or the scent has been watered down. I have bought cheaper diffusers and the scent was s so much stronger. With your diffusers I used to walk in the house and it smelt so wonderful. Very very disappointed customer and need to consider if I will order anymore.

I have purchased candles & diffusers from The Gift Company many times. The range in Sandalwood & Jasmine is my favourite, the scent is absolutely gorgeous. Not too expensive & vegan.
