I ordered a Big Bunny for my Granddaughter's birthday, but unfortunately there was a mix up on the orders and I received something totally different. However, the Gift Company were excellent in dealing with this matter. I had the correct order of my big bunny delivered the very next day and as a goodwill gesture they said to keep the incorrect delivery. Their customer skills are excellent and dealt with very speedily. The big bunny is gorgeous and was a fabulous sale price.
