Ordered my item 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. No one is answering any emails or calls either. Really disappointed!

9 days and still no table

Advertising loads of stock and then have to.waite 2 months for a.delivey

Was told my furniture was in stock on July the 7th when ordering when order was confirmed I received an email to say delivery would be on the 12th of august over a month later but after repeated emails and phone calls I have no reply only ordered due to early July delivery date given on ordering

Whenever I have purchased from Gift Company I have always received friendly, helpful and courteous service, with excellent after sales service. Quality products and keen pricing make them my number one company to go to if they sell a product that I need.

Still no response from you. E mails ignored , voice mails ignored, you have my money but I have no products !

Paid on 14th June £45 Not received my delivery I ordered 2 strawberry prosecco gift sets on 12th June Sent 2 emails to ask where my delivery was not answered Called becci Tuesday explained they were for friends bday Monday I was told I would get a text from dpd and they would be delivered yesterday. They have my money I have no product looks like my friends won't get their gifts for Monday.

Absolutely love my hanging egg chair, the comfiest chair ever, so very easy to put together and delivered within 2 weeks 😊

Pleased with my purchases. Just seemed a long time coming.Thr money seemed to have come out of account from a early stage then i was waiting a long time.Thry appeared yesterday 17.6.21.and that was after i emailed to say i hadnt received . The solar houses were lovely now im waiting just for the sunshine to appear.

Great staff members.I had trouble with my card when paying, think it was a security check, so transaction took longer to complete, while I was waiting Deborah and Jo were so kind and helpful and apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. The customer service that Deborah gave me that day was the best I have ever received. Fabulous lady.

Hi we loved your shop spent 60 pounds here, but when we got home the colour flowers clock 45014 did not work really disappointed we live too far and will cost too much to return.

Site was simple and easy to place order. Quick delivery and item was well packaged.

Bought a corner tv table to match other items we already have. Can’t beat the service from Gift Company. Excellent customer service and delivery of goods safely and securely. Delivery driver very pleasant and helpful with a smile on his face.
