Took my c class to these guys to sort out fitting an Android screen, took it to them at 4pm, had it back at 5:30pm. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I rang around installers before deciding on In Car Music. They fitted it quickly and neatly. I had problems with phone connection and they were happy to help and as it turned out the issue was with the user :-). Clearly experienced and established, really very happy with the customer service and quality of the job. I will be going back there for dashcam and rear camera in the near future.

My second visit to upgrade my front speakers to audison components on my bmw, the reason I went back again was due to my first experience and will definitely be back again to upgrade more stuff. Highly recommend

Bad service. Connect cables wrong. Not working some things who is working before and just answer for me I don’t know why. Not fix them mistakes. Charge a lot. People run away from this audio service...

I went in for a dash cam and was impressed by their attention to detail so I also got a total audio upgrade including sound deadening. Anwar was helpful with advice and the lads were careful, quick and there was no damage done, so I also got a tailgate and front sensor and interior light upgrades.

I had an Apple CarPlay interface installed in my 2013 Jaguar XF the work carried out was excellent with no issues to date , the installer was very competent and knowledgable helping me set up my phone and providing instructions on request. The service was fast and efficient booking me in for the next morning once my car was checked for compatibility ,good people to deal with during these trying times. I"m very happy with the outcome , a great upgrade to my car.

Phoned up for stereo installation took the car there 30 minutes after calling and it was installed within the hour I was very pleased

I called them up to enquire about having a Ghost II immobiliser installed on my car. Initial conversation on the phone was a bit hurried and abrupt however still gave them the benefit of doubt and booked an appointment to have the Ghost II fitted. Was served promptly and provided great customer service. Installation took under two hours, provided full instructions and a demo on how to use the Ghost and the price was excellent. I also understood and accepted the reason for the hurried phone convo as they were very busy and had constant enquiries whilst I was there. Would highly recommend

Very good service. Everyone working there is very competent. I got my stereo upgraded in a less than an hour. Guys were kind enough to show me around my new head unit and helped me to link it with my phone. Great service - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any upgrades on their car entertainment systems
