Went there this morning, I was told they are very busy so my product might be ready only after 2+ hours, however I was surprised to get a call after a bit more than one hour! later that it's all ready, everything was done perfect!

This was my first visit to ICM and I am so grateful I went!!. I went to ICM to have a backup battery pack installed for my recently fitted dash cam. On returning to pick up my car, I was shocked to hear from Anwar that my dash cam had been incorrectly fitted and it could have caused serious issues with the cars electrics. Anwar and the guys correctly refitted the dash cam so that it was safe-FREE of charge!! and then installed the battery pack. I am so grateful that I decided to go to ICM instead of the untrustworthy previous dashcam installer. I enquired about a rear parking sensor for a Volkswagen. Anwar was very helpful and told me the different products they had and the prices, which I think are cheaper than elsewhere.
