We ordered 2 mixed sandwich platters and 1 chicken platter with only 2 days notice. Everything was really fresh and really good quality. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be using Wenzel’s again.

Wenzel’s cream cakes are now what we have in our family for every birthday! Light sponge, lots of fruit and cream. So delicious and they look really impressive too.

I ordered a 12 inch sponge cake for an anniversary party. The staff were very helpful and the cake was fantastic. It was light and fluffy and moist. Tasted delicious

I give Wenzel's North Harrow only one star because the sausage breakfast baguette arrived very lukewarm instead of being hot, I had to settle for the sausage breakfast baguette because the shop did not have any hot cheese and ham baguette which is what I wanted to order in the first place (with winter already on the way, we are therefore entitled to some hot food to keep our bellies warm and ourselves warm, not very lukewarm and cold food), I couldn't even tell whether there were any butter in the baguette (which I had requested) or not (I prefer Clover butter, not some nasty cheap tasteless plastic-tasting margarine, there's no option to select which butter you want in your baguette), they did not put enough milk in the tea (there is no option to select how much milk you want in your tea, from dark [one unit] to normal [two units] to light [three units] to extra light [four units]), there is also no option to select what type of milk you want in your tea (whole milk, Cravendale whole milk, semi-skimmed, Cravendale semi-skimmed, skimmed, soya) and also no option to add how many teaspoons of sugar / sweetener you want in your cup of tea, no option to select what type of sugar/ sweetener either (white, brown, raw unrefined, demera, Canderel, NutraSweet, etc.). Not a great breakfast meal in any shape or form, just very unimaginative and very average very mediocre because the people at Wenzel's North Harrow very clearly do not have any imagination at all, they are very clearly very average and very mediocre, plus they do not give you any free treats (which they should, for all repeat and loyal customers).  They never ever try at all to either meet or ecxeed customers' expectations (because they are very average and very mediocre and very unimaginative). Plus there is evidence of Wenzel's engaging in profiteering. For example, the prices they charge on Deliveroo is roughly at least three times what you pay in the shop, e.g. the cost of a cheddar salad bloomer sandwich is £2.95 (was £2.75 last week) but is £4.20 on Deliveroo, they never tell you about any upcoming price increases in the shop, on the Wenzel's website and on Deliveroo either.  Plus, they never ever tell you in the shop which sweet treat and which snack can be included in the bloomer / baguette / panini meal deals and which cannot be included in the meal deals (which they should, as good business practice). Placed the order through Deliveroo but Deliveroo sux ass big time coz the deliveroo brain-dead fickwits wont allow me to leave this feedback on deliveroo which is why i had to leave this feedback on trustpilot ...

I made two identical orders & shortly afterwards received a phonecall from your head office to check i had meant to do this. Really appreciated the personal touch by speaking to an actual person! The sandwiches were ready when I fetched them, nicely packaged and went down very well with the guests I bought them for. Great Service will definitely recommend.

Been visiting wenzels since I can remember. I liked the chicken sandwich. But prices kept growing and growing. There are plenty of other shops around that serves snacks at a reasonable price. Ah not to mention their paninis, they are even still cold or squashed after they been "toasted". The prices have gone up by 40pence, and there excuse is that the law says that you need to describe the ingredients on the packaging 🤔. That what I was told by a store manager. It made no sense at all. I asked my friend if he noticed the price rise, andnhe said no. The reason is that many people pay contactles and won't pay attention that they are being ripped off. Nothing special for the price they asking for. But like i said bye bye wenzels see you never again. 0stars

We bought the vegetarian bridge rolls. They’re a perfect size and the filling was lovely.

I have been eating at wenzels for over a decade now. the quality is unmatched and is very yummy :) however they removed the bacon and chicken bloomer sandwhich. its okay because you tried your best but remember your day ones

We ordered to sandwiches platters, they were fairly priced but I was little dissapointed with the amount of filling in each sandwich and the presentation of them. We have random sandwiches chucked and split open intop of others which was dissapointing as these were for my daughter's birthday party.

Stale crusty rolls on Monday morning...no excuse for selling stale bread at 10am ...service indifferent

The food was fresh and plentiful. To the point they were just finishing the hot platters ready for us to collect. We did arrive 15 mins early to collect and they couldn’t be more helpful.

Disappointing ‘donuts’ - very breadlike, cheap and bad flavour to jam filling. ‘Loaf’ - no flavour. Products extremely overpriced.
