Massive price increase this week. Can they really justify it? Slab cake was £2.65 and went up to £3.20 overnight!

Fantastic customer service and quality of food. They noticed I had ordered a platter of meat sandwiches and a platter of vegetarian sandwiches. Therefore, they split the pizza slices to keep the vegetarian ones separate without me having to ask.

First time using hornchurch shop would not go back. Young lady at counter very rude,rolling her eyes when I asked for something else, i ordered a festive slice marked up as 2.25 gave the correct money only to be told very abruptly its 2.45 when I pointed out the stated price she just stood there and repeated its 2 45, I then left the shop.

ordered mini doughnut platter, but when it arrived they were just slightly smaller than a normal doughnut - the taste was good - but I really didnt need 30 largish doughnuts - so very wasteful

I have been coming to Wenzel Northwood for many years. I cannot praise Christina enough as a manager she is one of the most amazing young lady. The way she runs the shop that I come from far to be there. Honestly she is a special human being. Also her team korina andrea and all the ladies there are so well trained and the day Christina is mot there they carry the same standard set by Christina. As some one wrote in google the smile of Christina and her team brings smiles to all our life’s. Even when it’s crazy busy with questions outside the shop every customer is treated as if they are known to the team. I remember meeting the sales rep of Wenzel and said the same thing don’t know if it ever got to the Headoffice. Thanks Wenzel and Christina for doing such an excellent job. God bless you all. I ordered a 6 inch triple chocolate birthday cake and asked for a personalised birthday message. The whole process was easy and the cake was ready to collect on the designated day. The cake is so deep that it could feed 12 people not 6 and it was absolutely delicious- very soft and moist sponge with chocolate frosting.

Food was fantastic. Cold food cold and hot food hot. Ready on time. Very pleased. Would recommend.

I’ve never had an issue with the Wendell’s food but I bought this cake slice on the 5th of November 21 and when I started eating it the same day I saw some green things inside of it. I’m very upset because this is very unusual and I feel like throwing up
