I ordered some sandwich platters, baguette platters and cupcakes and was very pleased with my order. All food was delicious! For improvement I would suggest that the sandwiches could have been presented more neatly and there was a long wait to collect them despite having a collection time as the shop was so busy. Overall really impressed and would use again!

Cake was beautifully made and tasted great. Put order in late and they still manage to do it for us. Team contacted us with reminder for collection of cake too. Will definitely use Wenzel's again. Thanks

Ordered a 21st birthday cake for my son, the whole family were so impressed with it. It was a lovely cake and the whole ordering process was so easy. Special thanks to the Queensbury staff who are always so friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Stevenage branch. Staff surly and obviously don’t want to be there. I heard one of the guys shouting at one of the delivery drivers who was stood with his jaw dropped. Won’t be returning

I really enjoy bread. Although a chain, this Baker has top quality bakes. I particularly enjoyed their Egg Challa and Chiabatta. Very friendly staff.

Update- I did contact wenzels on the email below and vouchers were sent. Very quick to respond and apologies. Used to love Wenzels as a great veggie option, however will never trust them again after twice being given meat products when asked for vegetarian! Really made me feel sick....

Big 5 stars from me. First time I have used wenzels. What a treat. Currently frustrated as a result of covid. Decided to place our first ever order which was great. We ordered croissants, panini’s, coffees and cupcakes. Great value for money. Food yummy. Coffees great. Great delivery by deliveroo 👍

I bought a cheese salad sandwich & crisps from Wenzel's in Bushey , Herts today. It was awful...the sandwich was made no doubt using a knife that had tuna on it , the cheese in parts was curly & the crisps were dreadful. I will never use Wenzel's again !!

I went to Wenzel for the first time,I had ordered a chicken and bacon baguette.I couldn’t believe how good the filling was. I had ask for brown seeded bread ,it was soft much better than Greggs and other bakery on the highroad even all the fancy organic restaurants . I had ordered a hot chocolate, which you could taste the quality of the cocoa powder . I had all that a Yum Yum that was not full of sugar like marks’s ,it was light and fluffy. Wow what a surprise coming to WENZELS I’ll give him 10 out of 10

I was so disappointed in the service and experience I received from your staff on Thursday 9th & Saturday 11th December 2021 In Shenley Rd, Borehamwood and head office in Northwood, Watford. It was very dissatisfactory. Went in at about 08.10 am to purchase a plain Madeira cake slice, priced at £1.20 on the ticket. I was not acknowledged while waiting to pay the delivery driver walked in and the 3 members of staff totally ignored me and instead of serving me first a member of staff dealing with the Uber driver first then came back to me, gave her the £1.20 to then be told it's £1.40, gave her the extra 20p and proceeded in telling her that the ticket states otherwise, she removed the ticket turned to me and rudely said the price has gone up, while at the same time speaking to the driver. I said the ticket should reflect that. I was not made to feel valued or important as a paying customer, no putting me first, no apology. Called customer service, told it would be fed back to the Area Manager and Store and as a gesture of goodwill could have a free meal on the house at a Wenzel's of my choice, took my name and was going to leave it at the store in Welwyn Garden City. The next day on Friday went into that store, was told they did not know anything about it and also called the store manager, and that I should have been sent a confirmation email as proof I felt so embarrassed and very unhappy. Again on Saturday got in touch with customer services, was not in the know, took down my email to send confirmation, seems nobody cares, still waiting. Not impressed.

Ordered platters for a works Christmas party which we then had to cancelled. Gave me a refund without any fuss or bother. Will definitely order from them again. Thank you Wenzel's.
