The manager of yiewsley branch was absolutely brilliant. She helped me to choose the food and made the process very easy. It was a relatively small order for my husband's funeral, my children and i appreciated the freshness and beautiful presentation of all the food. The sandwiches were fresh, the strawberry tarts and french fancies were gorgeous. Thank you so very much ❤

Great staff and great food. I don't live in the area ,I work here and that means wenzel's lunch every day .I can't recommend enough this shop, the staff already knows what I eat ,they always advised what else to get. Overall great management and great staff

Lovely birthday cake! Wouldn't order our cakes from anywhere else!

Odered a cake for birthday, Price is too high. Packaging for the cake to take away not good. One side was touched with cardboard and gone mess.

It was as described! The staff were friendly and the order was pretty much on time.. luckily i had someone with me as i needed help carrying everything. The hot food was amazing and the sandwiches were good - i think all that was missing were descriptors or labels for the contents of the sandwich. The cupcakes were especially tasty! thank you

I ordered 2 platters of mixed sandwiches and was delighted with the food. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious and much appreciated by my family after a funeral. I would definitely recommend.

Love the website. Simple and easy to use. Cake was delicious. Experience was Awful in store. Was not happy with queuing system in stores. Was shouted out across customers to wait outside even though was socially distanced to next person in queue. following the markings on floor. Should have a sign to say what you maximum number of customers allowed in your store at any one time

Poor service at store, they requested payment for an online order. They were shown the order confirmation, which was marked paid!

I ordered mixed colours thinking I get Out, blue and yellow cupcakes but I only got pink and blue. I hope they don’t call it mixed in future to avoid confusion. Cakes themselves were incredibly scrumptious 😋

My mum’s eggless fresh cream mixed fruit was delicious and fresh. It’s not too sweet and the fresh cream is very light. My mum loves her birthday cakes from Wenzel’s. Recommended!! I collected my cake and have been doing so for years now. Never any issue with my order. Excellent customer service.
