It was my first time having your bakery today and I was not disappointed the sandwich was fresh chicken the bacon was lovely even down to the chocolate brownie I will definitely be using you again and would recommend you to my friends and family six stars for me

The cake was very wonder full in taste and all things but please put the option when the customer order about sugar . There was so many sugar in it . It’s seems my mistake because I have not told about that but please put Option about it .

Love me a Wenzel's! Can't beat their meal deals and cakes, the staff are always friendly at my local store and are happy to make up fresh sandwiches based on what i fancy that day.

Good Cake at reasonable price. I ordered an eggless cake and it was good. It was not moist so giving 4 stars.

I was working there few years ago luckily only 1month. It was a Ruislip shop. Really bad experience. No respect to the staff. Really long shifts, no breaks. Big managers were coming and bullying us. I was scared, stressed out and unhappy. Someone should really look into this company what is going on inside.

I ordered the Spiderman cake for my son's birthday. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and very tasty. Will highly recommend. The only criticism is the writing on the cake wasn't bold enough, I could hardly see my son's name. Apart from that, it was excellent. The collection process was smooth.
