Easy ordering process online. They called to check with my special request and were able to complete a last minute order faster than the 2 day window they ask to give!

Ordered two platters of sandwiches on line for collection 3 days later. All good and sandwiches were well packaged and there nice and early for collection. There was a good mixture of sandwiches and choice for everyone.

Cake was still frozen in the middle, sponge dry and massive blobs of clear jelly on the fresh fruit topping, very disappointing, nothing like the lush Black Forest gateaux I order a month ago. Definitely won’t be ordering from wenzels again not worth paying £29.50 for a frozen cake.

I pre ordered some platters but when I went to collect my order they had given my order to someone else. As they had made the mistake they made my platters while I waited which was about 25 mins. To make up for the mistake and the inconvenience I was give a whole box of cupcakes and some doughnuts and a few things more. So they really did make it up to me and it all worked out in the end. The food was good to.

Can anyone tell me if Wendell uses a colour code system. I have bought the repacked yummies twice this past week in 2 different stores and both times they have been stale, I have noticed they have a little orange sticker on the back does this show the date of production by any chance

Ordered two Madeira cake slices along with other items earlier today. I was charged £3.10 - £1.55 each? I received two slices with plastic wrappers with 0.99p price stated on both slices. I have been overcharged £1.12. Also, the food was barely warm. Very disappointing service and a case of fleecing the customers.

Very dissapointing Sourdough bread now...We've bought loads of these loaves from the Garston shop over the last year and the quality has severely dropped recently. The sourdough has no body or flavour and is full of large airbubbles... No one wants to pay £3 for a loaf full of holes! Some months back Wenzels also stopped producing the dark sourdough loaves, which had much more favour and depth. So feel they are dumbing down on quality and variety. Aldi sourdough is a different quality all together... Proper sourdough & cheaper.

I was at the Harrow on the hill branch and upon ordering a vegan drink, making sure all of the ingredients are vegan and one of the baristas, a man whose name I unfortunately didn't get, (who was not wearing a mask by the way) started grilling me about my dietary choices. He was trying to debate me and kept saying things like "They kill bugs to make this soya milk, but you probably don't care about that right? Isn't it against veganism if bugs die in the process?" etc. I find it very unprofessional of him to have done this - I am a customer and definitely not there to be interrogated by an employee on my dietary choices, it's none of his business.

Please all vegetarians do not go here I asked for a vegetarian pasty but instead was given a meat one On contacting head office I was dealt by someone called Alfie who was completely insensitive to the whole issue and also the fact I don’t eat meat because of religious reasons- he really should not be dealing with customer care

Rickmansworth staff LILLY has an extremely appalling attitude. She has no customer service skill. Rude and miserable.
