I ordered a box of chocolates for my daughter in laws birthday with a photo box. I am based in South Africa and she’s in a small village in Ireland. It was delivered very quickly and my daughter in law loved it. Great product and great service.

My wife and I received a Lily O’Brien’s box of Winter Dessert “limited edition” chocolates as a gift for Xmas. The box and it’s limited edition claims gave the impression that its contents would be special. How disappointed we were left after trying one each. They’ve gone straight in the bin. The chocolate tasted like cooking chocolate and we would rather use up our calorie intake budget on something that tastes like chocolate!

I ordered a hamper for my Mother in Laws birthday. Even though the address and postcode were clearly in Ireland the address bar defaulted to UK. The hamper therefore never arrived. This was incredibly upsetting as it seemed as if we had forgotten her birthday. The Customer Service response was that it was not their fault for the default. The company is in Ireland yet they could not recognise an Irish address and postcode. The products are fantastic but the service is appalling. I had emailed you Chloe and that was your response !!
