I entered incomplete address for one order and customer service employee amended so I did not have to cancel and replace order. The chocolates were a little late arriving on account of the courier not leaving the parcel where instructed. But Lily O’Brien’s always answered emails promptly and got on it right away. Very happy with their friendly correspondence. My son and friend loved their Easter eggs!

I found your online service terrible I gave up after several attempts and rang your office.The very pleasant young lady who answered was extremely helpful but she couldn't even talk me through it.In the end she very kindly ordered them for me.I gave you 5 stars for the courteous and polite way I was treated on the phone your staff are second to none.While I am an elderly lady I am well used to shopping online and indeed I had just purchased several gift vouchers for my grand children.You should be extremely proud of your staff.perhaps your online service could be modified to make it easier to use.
