Order delivered to the incorrect location. Message from customer service at Lily o briens told me there was a delay and when I pressed further because I had gotten an email from GLS that said my order was delivered, they admitted they had delivered it to the wrong location. My order ended up being a lot later after Easter which was the intended purpose and was a horrible customer experience. No compensation offered. Won’t be ordering again.

Still waiting for Easter Eggs to be delivered to my aunt's home address. Ordered 25th March, apparently dispatched on 26th. Emails back and forth to this company and still no date for them to be delivered to aunt - also not good enough to charge delivery per egg when they're being 'delivered' together!

The delivery of 4 eggs arrived with 2 damaged. I reached out to support and Meg replied straight away and arranged for replacements to be shipped. I cut if fine for Easter but they arrived next day so it was perfect. Have used LO'B for the last couple of years and will continue to do so. Brilliant service as always.

Very disappointed overall. I live in London and with the customs challenges I ordered these choc in Ireland to be delivered in Ireland. I ordered them on the 26th March and per the website would be delivered in 2-3 days. They didn't get there for Easter which was so disappointing and I was told the following week they wouldnt get there until the 5th of April. The eventually arrived on the 6th. A week late. Lovely choc but won't be ordering again.
