United Kingdom | 03 January 2025Love Energy sold me a new contract on 5 November to replace existing internet and phone line which had gone out of contract. All seemed great initially, and chose to go with them as my partner and son works for the company. My existing internet and phone lines were disconnected before new ones had been set up. No internet for over a month. Still no phone line. I asked not to disconnect existing lines but I was still cut off. My business didnt have an internet connection until 17 December. They said new lines had to be installed. No mention of this in the sales call or I wouldn’t have taken out the contract. 3 seperate engineer call-outs over 5 week period to fit new lines. Now connected but slower internet connection and the modem connection is in the wrong place, resulting in poor connection in the office where it’s needed and where original connection was. Engineer refused to fit connection to the office. Instead it’s fitted to damp external wall in the workshop. Now beginning of January and I still don’t have a phone connection. Constantly contacting Love Energy for support who now tell me it’s nothing to do with them and I have to contact faults with BT Extremely frustrating, time consuming and potentially loss of business with still not having a phone line for nearly 2 months. Terrible service by Love Energy and non existent back up support.

Even after speaking a few times with my concerns, still issues are creeping up. Not my choice for the future. Nobody is taking responsibilty to see through any complaint at all. It's passed on to someone else to pick up but not resolved. After 8 weeks the time I am spendidng fixing their mistakes is annoying. I have no faith that they will get things right
