The electricity renewal contract, through Love energy, was handled with politeness, patience and respect. My reason for not going the extra star. I thought I was always dealing, over the phone, with my account manager, only to find I wasn't. Resulting, in an embarrassing call from my account manager after the contract renewal had completed.
