i was told at the time of agreeing the contract that my transfer will take place in 5 working days . now they are telling that it will take 11 days. my monthly consumption is about £1000.00 a month now they send me email that they have fixed monthly direct debit Of £4065.00

A positive experience! Both the website and the Sales Consultants are excellent; they provide not just a couple of options, but can show the best 1 year and 2 year and 3 year options. The Sales Consultant I dealt with, Ben Birch, made the process of moving to a new supplier very easy - he was very efficient!

Ben made everything very quick and easy. He found some good prices then didsome nifty haggling between energy companies to knock the price down a bit further

General chit chat .willingness to barter. Helpful and patient , but I did feel sorry for the young man he was having to work in the cold, I could hear him shivering. Try getting a cheaper contract .🤣👍
