She set up a contract for us, including what appear to be significant savings. She was very thorough and with her cheerful manner was a delight to deal with.

Mis sold me electric contract as “fixed price”, who h is actually “fixed term”, costing us £300/mnth. Made formal complaint 10 days ago, promised answer within 10 days. The man who sold me this contract portrayed it as fixed price and knew what I wanted. They get huge commissions for this.
