United Kingdom | 29 January 2025Do not use for broadband. Adviser advised connection could be 10-14 working days in most cases and not be the 30 days. Turns out that is very misleading to suggest as its 30 days. Adviser shouldn't mention 10-14 days he said that to get the sale and commission from me. Customer services could not help and didnt want to help. I should have shopped around. Would not recommend.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025I was given a three year contract which was supposed to start on the 24 January but i am still without electricity. When you call them no one is ready to help but they were calling all the time to get the contract and once it was signed, all communications where cut off. And no one is trying yo solve the issue. Only lots of marketing emails. I would suggest not to use this broker. Very convincing but no actually job is done.
