Tlhe man I dealt with (John Kirkman) gave me more information than I originally asked for which allowed me to make a better and more informed decision. He was not very pushy but mentioned that utility prices were very volatile and that one could not hold prices for too long. Having said that he did manage to do so, and I achieved a good price in this very difficult market.
