It was such a pleasure discussing how I can save money with BT, Beth Kirwin gave me detailed information and allowed me to decide for myself what I was going to do about BT. Older people, such as myself, need detailed information, plain and simple, and time to decide what I would do. As older people become more 'invisible' (and there are many of us) it is crucial that we get the full understandable facts on which to make our decisions. Well done Trust Pilot.
