I ordered a Siemens washer dryer, which they price matched with Currys at £80 cheaper than listed. They delivered at a time which was convenient to me, and the delivery guys were great. Delivery, installation, and removal of old product costs were less than some other major retailers. The product itself isn't quite as good as my old AEG in some ways, but I cannot fault the service I received from Optimum.

I have used Optimum several times. I have always found the showroom useful to visit, and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. However, when things go wrong, it is then that one sees how good a company is. I recently had a problem with a Bosch product, and a replacement was quickly ordered. That also was problematic, and third one was ordered, which was OK. I thought this level of customer service was outstanding. I will certainly continue to use Optimum for future purchases of domestic appliances.

Get all our white goods from Optimum- often not on internet so worth visiting in store. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who don't push services you don't need or want, simple paperwork and prompt delivery with a phone call from driver. Why go anywhere else?

Good polite service. Product delivered by polite and helpful personnel who fitted the washing machine that I purchased and gave a demo of it working. They took away the old product with no fuss. This is the type of local company that should be used instead of the usual national large suppliers of white goods.

Everyone is absolutely amazing . From buying a fridge/freezer online one day and then getting a phone call straight away, to say they could deliver it the next day; a weekend. The men who delivered it, put it in the room and levelled it and were so nice. Also no packaging for me to get rid of.
