United States | 26 May 2020My loan agent was great. Getting to her was hell. I had a home that was not financed by Pennymac and wanted to refi with Pennymac. Hours literally hours on hold to be passed on to agent who didn't handle nonpennymac refi. Then to passed on hold for another hour to yet another agent who didn't handle this issue. I had gotten to the point where I put on phone and speaker and went on with my day while I waited to get connected. I understand the volume of people wanting to refi but to be constantly passed on to the wrong person again and again really SUCKED. This went on for days.
