United States | 24 April 2020I thought they were a good lender and when attempting to refinance they approved and made a deal in February where we had no closing fees and everything was perfect. They sold us the moon. Now here we are in April after they dropped in communication and mishandled our file they now want us to pay them to refinance. Then when we ask for an explanation of how or why this had changed nothing is explained. They just talk in circles and won't even acknowledge their mistake. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
