I attempted to purchase the item from our local supplier and was told it was out of stock but here is the manufacturers details to acquire the item on line. I contacted the manufacturer to be told the item was out of stock, I then searched the internet to see if anyone had the item, you showed the item available and cheaper than if I had acquired it from the manufacturer. I ordered it from you and it came within a few days.

I ordered a Christmas tree at sale price, received an email to tell me that my goods had been dispatched, then received a further email to tell me the item was not in stock, although when I made my order it was showing 3 in stock. This has happened to me twice. Very disappointed.
