Paid for vps, it said that processing takes 10-20 minutes. Did not receive any replies for more than 24 hours. Terrible customer service, just ignores the messages. By the way the plan that says 6.99/monthly on the site immediately turns into 7.99/monthly when you press Order now, so I would just recommend to stay away.

I signed up to FXSVPS about 18 months ago. To explain what went wrong let me explain from the beginning. 1st bad experience- All seemed good at the start, after a few months I realised they were double billing me. Instead of monthly payments they were taking from my paypal fortnightly. I cancelled them being able to debit my paypal just in case. 2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th bad experience was the service would drop out and I would have to get them to restart the VPS, if this happened Tuesday to Friday that was fine, but from Friday afternoon to Monday night there is no response on the 247 chat. I got stuck in some trades. 9th bad experience - After resolving the billing that they would not refund, they credited me to not pay until the full year as they double billed for 6 months. When the time came around they say they could not contact me via email so they cancelled my service. Which I know for a fact was lies as I had other emails besides billing emails. After explaining this to them they said i would have to sign up again and they could not recover my service and robots, so all had to be reloaded. And no sorry... 10th bad experience - after signing up again, double billing started again, so cancelled paypal direct debit again. 11th bad experience - Received notification that they would be upgrading and I would have to repoad everything again. I managed to get a guy called Alan Bright on the 247 chat and asked if they could mover my MT4 and bots over to the new service, which had been a previous scenario sop I knew they could do it. He said I need to open a ticket with technical support, I expressed that it had to happen quickly as there is less than 24hours to act. He then stopped any communication and no one would talk to me on 247 chat. So I opened a ticket and waited and waited and waited over 3 weeks (the old server was still working) checking back everyday if they answered my support ticket until the last day when my service stopped working. So I checked the support ticket and guess what..... they deleted the open ticket. That was the last straw for me and they can go f... themselves. Ahh lastly forgot to mention.... I did try to copy the MT4 and bots over myself by following instructions on youtube which said to compress/zip the file to get to the new platform. It wouldn't let me do this as it said there was a virus in the file. What does that tell you??

Stay away from this one. I have been using it from last 10 months. It was ok until after about 4 months i could not access my VPS for 2.5 hours! When they finally fixed it, my platforms was off, so they had some major brake down for sure. I was looking at their blog about explanation, last update was sometime in 2021. Two days ago at 10PM i received "urgent" email that because my security they changed my IP address and i need to move in 48 hours. Can you believe that? I had open trades on three platforms, i can not just shut everything down and move! Whats worst, this morning, 34 hours after the email they shut me down. I can not retrieve ANYTHING that i had on the server. Support just blew me off..

Scam fxsvps.com/ This website is scammers site. Do not purchase from this site. If you will purchase vps service you can not cancel it. After unsubscribing your service they will keep on charging you untill and unless you block your credit or debit card. I have unsubscribe the service but they are sending bill every month.

Terrible company and I wish I had read reviews first. Terrible uptime. They’re always down or switching IP addresses on you so you can’t access your server. There’s no where to cancel your subscription. Be prepared to cancel your payment method. I have been asking them to cancel my subscriptions for a month now and they still won’t. Can’t remove your payment methods from their site. Customer service is arguably terrible. They know they have these issues and play dumb.

Scammers. I cant cancel my subscription and I'm not using the VPS for 2 months now but still taking my money every month.

The VPS is good but the Support response time is terrible. They say there's 24/7 but this is not true. 1) They were ok to transfer my VM from NY to LD so I can run some tests and responded in a few hours. 2) To transfer my VM back from LD to NY, they responded in 1 day. 3) The NY VM VPS password they gave me was wrong and been waiting for more than 4 hours for them to give me a new password (Ticket #728938). This is not 24/7 support. Now that I have no VM to access, I have to leave my PC on for the trade terminal. 4) They have finally re-provisioned the NY VM and assigned the password, it is working now. Thanks. Final thoughts. Find out where your broker server is and get their "Best Forex VPS" where you can select the location. If you don't screw up the VM, then you won't need to have any support. That's what I intend to do.

Offers a cheap plan that you can afford, but when you go to use it, it`s terrible, very high latency, server located in EU, when they say that disponiblize a New York server, but for you acess it you have to pay more 10$ to upgrade you plan, complete rubbish, almost scam. There are better sites that provide a cheap vps with low latency.

Best forex vps I've ever can with Start up was super fast and best Connection to the server and uptime so far has been flawless. Customer service responds in a timely matter and treats you like an actual friend. I messed something up on my end and the they were able to reset my server for me so I can start from scratch and the whole process was smooth. The cost is also right you can't go with a better service.

Great server provider last many months no downtime. It best for forex trading with EA. I can see many bad reviews in current list but this makes me surprise what is working wrong with them. I love this provider for the good customer support.

I started having problems last month. I had to contact their technical service to access my virtual machine again. They had erased everything at the time without any backup. I had to reconfigure my MT4. But since then I always had problems with trading speed. Since yesterday I no longer have access to their server again and I have no response by email. The worst part is that I can no longer access my account to open a complaint. On their web page there is no information about a problem. Two days with a server that does not work and no message of apology or response to my emails. I have stopped my automatic payments and I am actively looking for another VPS.

Problem after problem. There is no teck support as numerous support tickets raised Also used the other links to message but still no reply . They take your money and that's it! Don't wast your time or money. Do your research and find a different provider
