Absolutely zero customer support. About 30% of my clients have been double charged when subscribing. Servers always down. Can't log in. Will read your messages and not reply. Business relies on these vps and now we have to vacate. Shocking I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Awful service

I've used this company for a couple of years and then decided that FX trading wasn't for me. I've asked them several times now to close my account and for the second month in a row they have taken payment. They told me they had closed my account but clearly hadn't. The service itself wasn't the best with the vps often being down and then having to contact them to tell them to reinstate my service (they also would never tell me how long the vps had been down)which always felt like pulling teeth. Avoid this company if you want a) a reliable vps service and b) good customer service.

Taking unauthorized credit card payments after cancelling VPS services

this is a scam, you can't cancel your subscription. I have to call the bank and open a ticket for fraud. Do not sign up for this poor service!

Terrible customer service. When i first became a member i was informed that i will be given my login details within 15-30 mins. after logging many tickets i got my log in details several hours later. recently my VPS went down and i logged a ticket on the sunday and it has been more than 25 hours with no communication at all. my vps is still down with now contact from support. i will be canceling my subscription

This service is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!!! dont use their service and waste ur time and money !! i lost money because of their slow , lagging servers, server can be down for hours and nobody knows until u fail to login and u have to wait over 24hrs for a ticket response...this time i had to wait 4 DAYS nobody responded until i sent them a live chat chat and they made a follow up !! and all they do is keep restarting server and funny how stupid their support is..they tell me to keep restarting the server every weekend ??? wat nonesense is this !

I registered for an account and ordered a plan at the same time and paid shortly thereafter. The email they sent me said it would take 10 to 20 minutes to complete, but after several hours it was not completed and I could not even log into the client area of my account. My money was wasted. I don't think you should use FxSVPS. I have never had this experience with any other company. I do not trust them. You should look for a VPS from another company. Search for forexpeacearmy reviews and read through them. FxSVPS has a bad reputation.

Good service, only comment i have is the cancel subscription procedure. You have to send them a ticket if you want to quit. otherwise it will auto-rebill from your prefered method. Overall, chat is fast to respond in case of troubles.

Great service! One of low latency VPS and excellent support agent they have. Even got extra validly once I requested. One can give a try to the service if good EA in hand.

Be carefull, they do not make refunds, they claim to not take payments automatically which they do!! After that they don't see a problem, they will not make a refund at all. Watch out with your credit card details as nobody knows how they can use it. Support answers after 5 days and 3 tickets ... afterwards claiming that the service is up and running so they cannot make a refund. Is this being serious and profesional? Seems like bunch of kids with no ethical code sitting there and having a "scam laugh" out of people ... Read their refund policy, seems like there is none ...
