The Support is very bad. Do not pay attention to what the customer wants. Cancellation of the server only after a renewed payment possible.

Only 11 days in and this service has already crapped out on me. Update: Initially had an issue with Customer Service regarding the email, but security concerns means sensitive fixes can only be done via tickets. Understandable, so I have to cool my head and apologise to them. My issue got resolved early morning. I will say though the performance experience is inconsistent and laggy at times. It can take 20+ seconds just to open windows explorer. Perhaps the RamRush is not kicking in when necessary? Who knows. Mine was a single core plan and I had 2 MT5s on there. When it's running, it's fine. Just don't expect a smooth coding experience if you have to tweak your EA on-server. I found a faster multicore provider for not much more, so I will be sticking with that. If you are on an ultra-tight budget though, I would say give them a shot. Compared to another single core server I tried on HostWinds, FXSVPS was faster, so there's that

Finally got the correct VPS after long time. I am using Professional plan and the price very reasonable comparing the configuration. Just awesome!

The service of the company is very bad and they restart the VPS without prior notice. That makes EA errors. Also I have being using VPS in the past but never met this kind of poor service. I made a ticket to not to do again but the same thing happened again and again. Stay away from this bad VPS.

I was really satisfied even I bought a cheap plan. When I canceled my active plan because of my EA issues, they even gave me a 'free' extended period for user advantage. I never experienced any issue with their VPS during my using period, even though I bought the cheap plan.

I have used their VPS service for a long time and migrated into their server plan. Their server is incredibly faster than VPS From others. Nice performance with value pricing. Please do continue like this, you will have more customer in your business.

Worst VPS company, they are not true on what they are saying on their website. They said that admins don't have access inside clients VPS but they have, they even altered the settings of my EA on my Forex VPS and cause a huge lost. They event taunt clients on their Skype support. NEVER NEVER NEVER TRUST this VPS Company, it is worst and you will just lose money on their worst service.

I tried getting latency information from them but instead of giving them information from MT4 terminal they gave it from CMD, I requested them to give me screenshot from MT4 because it never matches with CMD latency and they refused. All other VPS providers transparently give you information from MT4 terminal because that is what matters when you trade forex. So the latency information from CMD they provided showed 1ms latency. I asked what if latency on MT4 is over 2ms. If it is under 2ms I will keep it and if not I will return it. They advised that there is no trial and they don't change on pro-rata basis so if the latency in MT4 even 4, 5 or 10 I will have to pay for 1 month. This is a disgusting service. Update: I went ahead and signed up to their service when they convinced me that information they are providing is real and they have been true to cusomters. Anyway when I got my VPS I installed MT4 right away and I was surprised to see that the latency to my broker server wasn't anywhere close to what they told me earlier. It was coming up close to 4.5ms consistently. I told them within 15 minutes that this is not suitable for scalping and I will lose money if I use it. Then came all the justification as oppose to fake we are true to customers attitude. They started telling that upto 6ms delay is acceptable, that my broker is using delay plugin and you are not advanced trader so you don't understand. I got clear MT4 screenshot from other providers who were actually being very transparent. I had a feeling that they were not confident of their product and service, they didn't provide you the real latency from MT4 platform, there is not trial and they don't charge on pro-rata basis. So essentially they know their product and service is crap, customers won't stay with us for much longer then why not just make them pay for the whole month for useless service and in the end they aren't going to stay anyway. Such terrible company. Update2: Because I posted a review they have removed my VPS but kept service active so that they can keep on chanrging me. What unethical business practice they have.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a VSP provider. Been trying to cancel my membership by contact them via an email ( got a message saying such email address doesnt exist, tried whatsapping them and after a brief 'Hello' for ignored, reached out on the website's live chat and waited for hours to get any sort of reply.) Anyways, I still dont know whether my membership is cancelled or not but trust me dont waste your time and money on this.

I ordered a Forex VPS and even after 12 Hours there is no response from them nor the VPS nothing. There Live Chat does not work, nobody is answering. I don't know if they are scam or what but my experience with them is bad. my Advise, if you are on schedule or don't have days to spare then don't buy any service from them.

Nice and fast vps. The good thing is they give you reminder before 10 days of your expiration date. Now it is easy to work and rely on the vps and support team.
