Warning, this provider access your VPS very offent without your permision, they open folders, check your metatraders and more. A week ago a mining virus enter all the vps terminal of this fxsvps, they block my vps "for my safety". They got in, clean the virus and when they do, they threat me of "overusage" on a vps with locked ram, cpus and memory. They say "you can only use 1 metatrader for each gig of ram memory or your vps will be terminated" Quote: "NOTE: We have started it only for today so that you can delete all extra mt4, if not your service will be terminated." Since I did pay the same day they blocked my vps, I asked them for a refund. THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY TERMINATED MY SERVICE!

Poor support and very unprofessional, they claim to be 24h support but took almost half a day or a day to get you back. Use other VPS Service providers out there, don't fall for their cheap service. Also, there are a lot of fake 5-star reviews from here, you can see the consistency of the people giving 5 stars are giving to other same company Fxvpspro, Fxvps, Bestfxvps, Fxvps, and so on. Also, they like to threaten their customers to block their VPS accusing them of over-usage. So again, don't fall for their cheap services, because their customer service is also cheap. Trust me, STAY AWAY from these Bangladeshi scammers!

Best choice out of all I saw in VPS providers for running EAs on forex and hands-down. And I looked at a lot of them. Easy set up, runs my EAs just fine. They had a server close to by broker in the US. They have a lot of servers and a lot of choice to customize my VPS any way I wanted.

Interesting thing is that they are selling only high quality and high configuration VPS. Quality also good. Recently using 1 VPS with 4 GB RAM and truly awesome. Highly Recommended!

On two occasions i've attempte to cancel my subscription, the site does not provide any means to do so. One needs to raise a support ticket but even with that you dont get any feedback or response. The twitter handled is also suspended now raising all sort of alarms. Be carefeul UPDATE 2021/12/16 STILL NO LUCK

Delayed to unresponsive help desk. Unable to cancel your plan when your need to. There isn't any option available for you to do that. Thus, have to open a support ticket and write in. However, they are not responding to your support ticket either. Still figuring out how to cancel my plan. I should have read the reviews here before signing up my plans. Apparently many others also received poor support. I wonder if those good reviews are written by themselves.

Wow! Toggling to google for a better VPS provider and drop to this provider and finally got the better selection after a few months of research. Using it for the last 1 month and found it to be one of the best, hopefully, will extend it for a year-long plan now. Thank you for the best service buddy.

They claim 24 hours service. 6 Hours have passed and still no VPN setup. The email sent, says setup is usually between 10-20mins. I have sent many chats and no one has answered as after a while the chat automatically closes, so I have to open another one. I have also submitted a ticket with no reply. Beware of this company for their communication as it strongly lacks. UPDATE: At around 8 hours I received the VPN but they didn't set up the terminal files I needed. 9.5 hours later finally I got onto someone, but they said to open a support ticket and at 10.5 hrs still nothing. I had to set up the program files myself. This is very poor support.

So first of all the latency is disastrous. I changed sever twice to try and get it to work and still no difference. The customer service is horrible they don't read what you say and have a set of standard answers to everything. I would strongly advice you to NOT waist your money time on this Fxsvps.com rubbish. I have lost money due to them and not only that my settings had been changed and bot removed from my trading terminal and it wasn't buy me. OFC if proof is needed just ask. Post everywhere inform the FX community if you really need a vps get it through MT4 or 5 terminal.

Too much bad service customer service is very slow on weekends very slow response, I told them I do not want to take service anymore even after that they deduct payment from my card and they said they can not do anything about too much unprofessional way to dealing people, I never recommend this VPS provider do not waste your money and time with them.
