I have been a loyal customer for many years. I bought a sterling silver bracelet for £44 and after less than a month it became badly tarnished. This has not happened to any of the other silver jewellery that my wife has worn for many years. This would suggest that the bracelet is quite poor quality. Silver offered to clean the bracelet but refused to offer either a replacement or a refund. I won't be buying from Silver again.

Sadly after today I won’t be dealing with this company today. Returned an order as faulty and the ring did not fit. They are refusing to refund me infact they want to send it back to me. It was DEBBIE I spoke to and she not only didn’t listen to me she as good as called me a liar. Spoke over me and then put the phone down on me when I was speaking. She refused to transfer call to a manager. In fact she just ignored this request. This is such a shame as I loved the jewellery. But I speak with my money and will make it very public how they really deal with their customer. BUYER BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY.

I've had jewelry from them before, but not for a while, decided to get a personalised Disk birthstone pendant, just and I'm absolutely over the moon with it, it's perfect size and the chain is lovely, I have to say it's for my birthday off someone else, but I picked it, great choice 😍

Ordered a necklace and bracelet, the necklace was tarnished so not actually silver. They wanted me to send it to a freepost, just before Christmas. I had to fight to get an actual address from them, items sent back, eventually refunded with no acknowledgment email. Really poor show when there are so many reputable places to buy from.

Bought a beautiful bracelet for Christmas for my daughter which promptly snapped within the first week! I was asked to send a photo which I did and then asked to send it back to them for repair in a padded envelope. So much faffing about on my part when it was clearly poorly made. Still waiting on the bracelet to arrive back...

I ordered 2 rings. One of which was the Celeste Lights Ring. It arrived in good time and on first look I absolutely loved it. It is very dainty and the stone chips very small, but a lovely ring. Unfortunately it wasn't long, 13 days and the 1st dark blue stone fell out. I contacted the seller, but even before they replied a light blue stone fell out. I did get a reply; We can confirm that the Celeste Lights Ring is a very delicate item and the zirconia stones are glued to set in by our supplier, so if the ring is in contact with any substance, cosmetics, makeup or water when washing hands or showering this may react and the glue losing its strength. We will always advise to follow the care instructions as closely as possible, where possible. On this occasion, we would be grateful if you could return the ring to our freepost address for a full inspection, at any convenient time for you where we can repair the ring for you. My daughter was purchased a ring for her birthday. Whilst she was delighted with the ring, unfortunately within a few weeks it just snapped in two when being worn. We were told that we could not expect a refund as due to the design of the ring it was prone to damage if caught on something and therefore it was not a manufacturing fault. The ring was not caught on anything and simply fell apart.

Bought a sea foam jewellery set and a stone has fallen out one of the studs after wearing them three times since purchase. Took an image of the studs with the stone missing to the company (looks like the stone was glued with cheap glue) they want it sent back for "inspection" no mention of an exchange or refund after item is recieved! What more proof of the stone missing do you need before offering an exchange or refund? Upset because ive spent an over priced amount for faulty cheaply made studs. Ive thrown the items away and will order future items from a better quality company.
