I ordered and paid for sterling silver earrings, and the plate wore off showing the copper underneath. I returned them, only to be told this company did not supply the earrings! This is untrue, but what can you do if a company is dishonest?

I have only worn silver jewellery for 30 years now. I struggled with finding earrings as I like the hook and loop type. Then I discovered this company and have not looked back.
