Have bought several items but none of them have lasted. Two bracelets fell off my wrist, I have mended a third several times and one off the circles has fallen off my spin ring. I will never buy from this company again

Order never arrived, chased up via the contact form on their website to find out it’s stuck in their system, no contact to tell me this though. I’m asked to contact customer service, but not given an email address. Check their website and there’s just the contact form. I’ve now asked for the order to be cancelled, let’s see if that happens or if I’ll be wasting more of my time!

Bought fairy lights ring and one by one each stone fell out. Contacted but got no reply. Disappointing as I've purchased items before and was very pleased.

Purchased a birthday gift from their website with plenty of notice to allow for postage. My order still hadn't arrived the day before the birthday. I called customer service who informed me my order hadn't even been dispatched yet. The company was of course happy to take my money though. I was told the item would be posted next day delivery. It has still not arrived. The helpfulness of their customer service team is commendable, but at the end of the day I have been charged for something I still haven't received. This may well be an isolated incident, but that doesn't make it any less frustrating.

I am always worried about ordering anything that pops up as an advert on my FB page, however in this case I needn't have worried, This company is amazing!!! The products I ordered are beautiful, fantastic quality and a great price, I love them all. especially my Amore bracelet & necklace. It was simple and easy to order on their website, my items arrived within two days of ordering, and the packaging is lovely, I loved the extra touch of a little chocolate in each box. I will definitely be ordering more from them. I am not usually one for writing reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to let this company know what a fantastic business they have thank you !! Very happy customer!!!

I was recommended by a friend to purchase ear studs and other accessories from Silver and have just received my first order. The packaging was excellent and the attractive gift bag makes a very nice presentation plus the additional tasty piece of chocolate is a nice thought! I also had to contact Silver by telephone and the person, who answered my query couldn't have been more polite and helpful - so all well so far! My order was dated 28th July 2020 and the goods were delivered on the 30th. It was therefore most disappointing to receive the latest catalogue of the Summer Sale offering 30% off everything the following day! I advised Silver of this and they could not have been more helpful by telephoning me immediately and agreeing to amend my original order to take account of the sale prices. I was most impressed with their PR service and would thoroughly recommend this company.

We have used Silver by Mail for a few years and find them friendly and love the products. Great presents. We ordered something recently and it never arrived. We contacted them and explained we needed it for a birthday present in a couple of days. They went out of their way to ensure the item was posted again guaranteed delivery. It arrived it time which was great. The missing items did eventually turn up, and we have now returned those to them. Would really recommend.

I’ve been a customer for several years and been reasonably happy with my purchases. My most recent purchase was a ring using silver and a yellow metal. Unfortunately the metal discoloured and the stone dulled. I sent a photograph to Silver by Mail which although only purchasing 4 months ago they wanted me to return the ring with proof of posting. I’m currently shielding and not able to go out. I did think under the circumstances they might have taken my word with photographic evidence and proof of purchase. I actually only wore the ring half a dozen times. Anyway it’s rather put me off purchasing from them again given no goodwill.

Everything I have bought from this company has been of amazing quality and arrived within a reasonable time, packaged really nicely. The selection of products is amazing and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend! I wear my ring every day and it is showing no sign of wear, and while all my other sterling silver rings (from accessorize, pandora and chamilia) do tend to bend and lose their shape slightly. Love silver by mail.

I have ordered from Silver a few times and have always been pleased with both service and product for personal treats and gifts. However this last experience was very disappointing. I wanted a leaving gift for a close friend. 1. I ordered a pendant for nearly £50 but got £10 discount. Website said if I spent a further £2 I would get free postage but when I added gift wrap the postage was still there. 2. The website would not recognise my password to allow me to purchase. Fortunately it was at a time of day when I was able to ring and order over the phone. 3. When the pendant arrived I was disappointed. For nearly £50 worth I had expected quite a weighty piece. Although the pendant looked pretty like the picture it just did not feel like the amount of silver expected and I do not feel I have had value for money. I can't imagine my friend will think I have spent the amount I did. I will think very carefully before using this company again in the future.

Absolutely excellent customer service! I was given a beautiful silver swivel ring for my birthday but the size was wrong. Although I wasn't the purchaser of the ring, Silver By Mail agreed that I could return it for replacement. As I was going on holiday for a fortnight, I asked if they could delay sending the new ring to me and it arrived on the day after I got back, just as requested. I have a few products from this seller and am delighted with them all. The silver is of high quality, the designs are really good and as mentioned earlier, the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended!
